Patrick gave me a call 20 mins. out & was very timely. I was told he'd arrive between. 5 & 7 pm...he was done with job before 6! We are selling our house and needed the garage door safety sensors reattached on one side. If you are selling your house & detached your safety sensors at some time over the years because they were "a nuisance" & you don't have all the pieces & parts you need, just call precision! They can make sure everything is in good working order before the inspection. Patrick is professional & very knowledgeable about his craft.

We called for service mid-morning and got a service appointment for sometime between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. The service man Nick arrived at 1:45 (which was awesome). He introduced himself and inspected the garage door. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product and explained it to us so that we understood how it worked as well! He explained our options and we made a decision and he proceeded with the repairs. Completed the work quickly within an hour. He also check the second garage to confirm that it was working properly. I looked on Home Advisor and saw their reviews were positive so I called and they were able to set up an appointment the SAME day! The service tech, Josh Compton was patient with me as I explained the problem. He looked at my garage door and explained what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He called me to come to the garage three times to explain what he found and what it would take to fix my problem. He was very professional, quick, and pleasant to work with. I will gladly call Precision Garage Door again if the problem every arises.

I called on Saturday and they offered to come repair our door on sunday morning with no extra charge because it was sunday. They were friendly and fixed the door explaining to me what had happened and what needed to be done to repair it. I would give them a five star rating.

I had two old wooden garage doors and I called this company because they had serviced my old house and I was pleased with them. When they came out they provided a review of the different doors they offered and discussed the pro's and con's of each type of door. They then went over pricing and we decided that it wasn't our top priority at our new house. After about 2 months we called them back to have them come out to install the doors. When I called they were able to pull up my old quote and we agreed on it. When we discussed installation they were able to come the NEXT DAY! I was pretty excited about that and when the two technicians came out Terry and Josh they were very professional, went over everything we agree'd on and off they went. It took them about 5 hours to install 2 single car garage doors including new track and everything. These guys were great, very professional, very safety focused, detail oriented and they cleaned up the floor and wiped down the doors when they were done. It was a job well done all the way around. I was extremely happy with the service provided, and total cost. I would recommend this company! Aggressive pricing, excellent customer service, and very professional. They went above and beyond what I would have expected.

Awesome Company, Patrick called to let me know when he would be arriving and he showed up on time. we discussed the issues with the garage door and the different options that I had. I decided to go with a new garage door and opener.

I called for repair of broken spring and estimate on new opener. It was about 11:45 am I told the lady on the phone it was not an emergency and if needed we could wait a couple days. She was very nice and said they would have a tech at our house between 3 - 5 pm.The tech called at about 2:00 pm and said he would arrive around 2:30 he came and replaced both springs all rollers, pulleys, cables, and put a new opener up and was gone by 5:15.

On time/came exactly when they said and called ahead. Replaced springs, cables, bearing and wheels and adjusted remote. Doors are like brand new and Patrick the technician worked hard to complete 2 doors in a little over two hours. Took time to explain everything and what to expect once work was performed. Would use Precision again and recommend their services.

Chuck: Here's a topic...Communication Breakdown. I called and scheduled an appointment with a gal that answers your phone on June 13. I choose June 15 for the installment date (replacing an opener for single door). I specifically requested a Liftmaster opener (I have it on my double door that you guys replaced a couple of years ago - - very satisfied!). James G shows up, I take off from work and...He has no Liftmaster on his truck...(James G was very professional and gave me a quote for the Liftmaster). He profusely apologized and said someone would call me Monday (June 18) to schedule a new appointment...Have not been contacted as of June 19...

James was the technician who did the work for us. I appreciated that he called about 25 minutes before his arrival to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was the consummate professional...respectful, kind, and knowledgable. We had an older system that, frankly, was not worth repairing. James confirmed this, but did not pressure us into our decision to replace the opener as well as the springs. Once we decided what needed to be done, he went straight to work and did not stop until it was completed...and, he had a great attitude throughout. We are very happy with Precision Door, and especially with James.
