James was the technician who did the work for us. I appreciated that he called about 25 minutes before his arrival to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was the consummate professional...respectful, kind, and knowledgable. We had an older system that, frankly, was not worth repairing. James confirmed this, but did not pressure us into our decision to replace the opener as well as the springs. Once we decided what needed to be done, he went straight to work and did not stop until it was completed...and, he had a great attitude throughout. We are very happy with Precision Door, and especially with James.

We selected Precision because of the excellent service you provided earlier this week to our neighbor who had her garage door repaired. James Wells did the work on our garage door. He was extremely open and informative about the items which needed to be replaced. The builder of this condo complex installed the two stall doors which were serviced by only one spring. Mr. Wells was very efficient and left the work area neat and tidy.

I picked your business out of the yellow pages for the military discount, and I'm glad I did. Josh called in, was on time and in about an hour had the garage door operating again. If he is an example of your whole staff and crews, you have nothing to worry about. Very professional, even explained how to lubricate the rollers and hinges, if its needed. Extremely pleased and satisfied with his performance and knowledge of my garage door.

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on how much it would cost to replace our old wooden garage doors. James G. called and said he was running ahead of schedule and if I did not mind would come out earlier than my schedule time, which I thought was great. When he arrived he was well dressed and very friendly. He introduced himself and shook my hand. I told him what kind of doors we would like and the color, he never tried to persuade me to buy different doors but instead gave me an estimate on the doors we wanted. He did tell me about an extended lifetime warranty they offered and I made the decision to go with it because it was a good deal. He was up and front with me that if the doors were not in stock it could take up to three weeks to get them in, he also explained about how long it would take to actually install the doors. I was very happy with the price and James G. telling me step by step about the price of the doors and the installation. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Precision was professional and very thorough. Noticed that the original installers had installed the wrong torsion springs and also the tracks were not aligned properly. With in 1 1/2 hours they had the springs fixed and the garage door realigned. It has never sounded this quiet and work so smooth. We will only be dealing with Precision in the future, but hopefully we will not need them for 10 years.

I called Precision this morning at 9am about wiring trouble to my sensors. They informed me that they would have a technician there between 11am and 1 pm. The technician(Josh)arrived about 1110am. He required my sensors and now my garage door opener is working fantastic.

I was very happy with our service and the replacement of our garage door. Our garage door broke and we called the next morning and someone came out a couple of hours later. We needed to have our garage door replaced. Patrick was nice enough to help us get the door to close till they could come and replace the door. I needed a tension spring replaced. The technician checked the other components of the door and made recommendations for added repairs. I went with just the spring and hen had the job done in about 30 minutes. Good job with reasonable price.
