Most definitely a 5 star rating! From the time I called until the tech was at the door was less than 45 min-- that wasextremely impressive. Tommy was very professional, courtesy, and friendly. Also, he was very patient in dealing with the so called Home Warrenty people on the opener. I really appreciated his efforts on this. YES, I would definitely reommend your company for any type of garage door service!!

I could find everything I wanted except costs of door openers which may have been due to user error, but I did attempt to find them. Other than that I enjoyed all other information. Later I looked up the technician that was coming and reviews that had been written. The reviews matched Patrick once he arrived. 5 star

Top-Notch Service. I called in the morning, was given a scheduled appointment time the same day and was advised my technician, Tommy, would call before his arrival. Patrick is a miracle worker! One of the door opener sensors was off kilter and solved our problem. When he looked up there was a crack in the garage door actually turned out to be two cracks and the door is bowing in the middle. We just assume the door will always be there what could happen to it. New door on the way.

Tommy our technician was courteous, on time, and extremely knowledgeable about the unit. He trouble-shot the problem in about 4 minutes, explained the issue and the options for repair, and had it finished in about an hour. Impressive!! Give that man a raise...but don't raise your prices.
