The customer service was absolutely incredible. From the associate that took my call, all the way through the process of Patrick completing the repair! I placed a call for a repair and within an hour and a half the job was completed. I was amazed! My garage door works better and makes less noise than it did when it was new. Thank you to all of the staff that made it possible in so little time. Patrick was very courteous, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about what was needed to fix the door. Five stars all the way!

I saw your advertisement on TV including free service charge this week. My house is 26 years old and I still like my steel garage doors, but decided to upgrade all the working parts and switch over to the belt drive garage door opener. Nick was courteous, very knowledgeable as he explained exactly what was being changed and gave me choices. Phoned before he came to my house in the company truck with Precision graphics which gave me peace of mind. Your company is very professional and I rate Nick at 5.

Josh was very helpful in analyzing problems with our existing door. He installed new springs and rollers, and installed a new belt driven opener. He did a fantastic job and now the door works perfectly. I highly recommend Josh and Precision.

5-stars. Replaced springs, pullys, cables, rollers and realigned the door. I contacted Precision at 8 am and they had Josh there within two hours. Josh explained what was needed to have garage door perform like it should. After the work was completed, the garage door is operating smoother and quieter than ever before. I called for service and a person was scheduled for the next day at 11am. At 10:30 AM, he called stating he was available to come now if I wanted him to - I said yes. He did a thorough inspection and advised us on a few things we had no idea about regarding our garage door. Very professional and helpful. We would use this company again.

Excellent customer service repairing broken spring on our garage door. 24/7 live operator is a plus as we were able to schedule Monday morning service by calling on Sunday. Technician, Josh Compton, very competent, personable and polite. Did not attempt to oversell warrantys or service. Replacement parts are all made in the USA. All-in-all very pleased with our decision to contact Precision door.

Precision and technician Josh Compton truly saved the day! Garage door broke during opening in the morning when leaving for work. Precision quickly dispatched Josh to fix the problem. As it turned out the hardware had to be completely rebuilt. Josh had it done in no time, and I was able to continue on to work. Superior service!

I had another company install a garage door track approx. 4 years ago and that was when the problems started. After finding out that the company was no longer in business, I had to repair the door 3 times myself when the lift cables started coming loose - the locking bolts were not tightened properly. Then the torsion spring sprung loose, while I was working on the cables again. The roller rod sprung around and shifted, almost hitting my hands while I held the cable drum. I decided to quit while I was ahead, I called Precision and they came out on a weekend and did a full track overhaul, problem solved. I would recommend them to any one needing work done to their garage door.
