Very good service. I called Thursday at 4:30 and they sent a tech. out Friday morning. The tech. rebuilt my 18ft door witch was a construction grade door, put all new hardware in. Very pleased I would call they again.

Had a spring break on my garage door, Tommy came out and promptly showed me why the springs were constantly breaking, remedied the problem and ended up installing new pullies, rollers, cables and springs, and now the door works perfectly! He also greased the chain and adjusted the track. Thanks precision!

The spring on the top of my garage door snapped and I thought about doing it myself, but for the price, just went ahead and had Precision do it. Turned out to be a good choice, not only did he change it (and very quick at that), but showed me where to grease up to make the door last longer. Your installers replaced an old failing door with a new insolated door with complete new hardware. it works great and should have been replaced years ago. The new door and hardware should extend the life of my door opener by years. The installers were very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and did an outstanding installation job. If I have additional garage door issues, your company will be the one that I call.
