Can't believe I waited so long to get my garage door fixed. Called at 3:40pm and Nick was here and finished about 2 hrs later. I thought I'd have to wait at least a day or two. My door was dying a slow death and Nick had it running smooth and surprisingly quiet in no time. Replaced springs, rollers and cables...runs like new!

Patrick was our technician and did a great job. He showed us and explained exactly what needed to be done. He replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers and also tightened the opener chain. He also had to straighten out the roller track. I can't believe how much quieter the door is now. There is also a lifetime warranty. No more garage door worries. He was also very courteous and friendly. A job well done!

Your technician, James Wells, was very professional and helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped my mother in deciding to replace her old garage door opener and explained everything to her very professionally. She was very pleased with his service and how quickly he did the work. She was also surprised that he had all the necessary equipment available on his truck already. She had already checked with another company, who serviced her garage door opener, about getting a replacement and they told her she had to go to the store to buy the garage door opener and then schedule an appointment to install it. With one phone call, the replacement was taken care of. Everything was cleaned up and the old garage door opener removed when James was finished. Thank you for a very good job done!

I placed a call for a repair and within an hour and a half the job was completed. I was amazed! My garage door works better and makes less noise than it did when it was new. I called for service and a person was scheduled for the next day at 11am. At 10:30 AM, he called stating he was available to come now if I wanted him to - I said yes.
