Your technician, James Wells, was very professional and helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped my mother in deciding to replace her old garage door opener and explained everything to her very professionally. She was very pleased with his service and how quickly he did the work. She was also surprised that he had all the necessary equipment available on his truck already. She had already checked with another company, who serviced her garage door opener, about getting a replacement and they told her she had to go to the store to buy the garage door opener and then schedule an appointment to install it. With one phone call, the replacement was taken care of. Everything was cleaned up and the old garage door opener removed when James was finished. Thank you for a very good job done!

The customer service was absolutely incredible. From the associate that took my call, all the way through the process of Patrick completing the repair! I placed a call for a repair and within an hour and a half the job was completed. I was amazed! My garage door works better and makes less noise than it did when it was new. Thank you to all of the staff that made it possible in so little time. Patrick was very courteous, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about what was needed to fix the door. I saw your advertisement on TV including free service charge this week. My house is 26 years old and I still like my steel garage doors, but decided to upgrade all the working parts and switch over to the belt drive garage door opener. Josh explained what was needed to have garage door perform like it should. After the work was completed, the garage door is operating smoother and quieter than ever before. I called for service and a person was scheduled for the next day at 11am. At 10:30 AM, he called stating he was available to come now if I wanted him to - I said yes.
