Can't believe I waited so long to get my garage door fixed. Called at 3:40pm and Nick was here and finished about 2 hrs later. I thought I'd have to wait at least a day or two. My door was dying a slow death and Nick had it running smooth and surprisingly quiet in no time. Replaced springs, rollers and cables...runs like new!

Patrick was our technician and did a great job. He showed us and explained exactly what needed to be done. He replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers and also tightened the opener chain. He also had to straighten out the roller track. I can't believe how much quieter the door is now. There is also a lifetime warranty. No more garage door worries. He was also very courteous and friendly. A job well done!

Your technician, James Wells, was very professional and helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped my mother in deciding to replace her old garage door opener and explained everything to her very professionally. She was very pleased with his service and how quickly he did the work. She was also surprised that he had all the necessary equipment available on his truck already. She had already checked with another company, who serviced her garage door opener, about getting a replacement and they told her she had to go to the store to buy the garage door opener and then schedule an appointment to install it. With one phone call, the replacement was taken care of. Everything was cleaned up and the old garage door opener removed when James was finished. Thank you for a very good job done!

This company has the most polite, educated and well tweeked personel in their job of any company I have ever seen. I met the cleanest, nicest, gentleman, his name was James and he deserves 10 stars for being the best of the best.at knowing his job, politness, courteous, listens, and explains well,in detail every aspect of the job. If their work was only 1/2 as good as their personnel is polite and knowable about their job ,PRECISION GARAGE DOOR WOULD BE A 10+ OUT OF A POSSIBLE 5 STAR RATING ????

The customer service was absolutely incredible. From the associate that took my call, all the way through the process of Patrick completing the repair! I placed a call for a repair and within an hour and a half the job was completed. I was amazed! My garage door works better and makes less noise than it did when it was new. Thank you to all of the staff that made it possible in so little time. Patrick was very courteous, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about what was needed to fix the door. Five stars all the way!

I saw your advertisement on TV including free service charge this week. My house is 26 years old and I still like my steel garage doors, but decided to upgrade all the working parts and switch over to the belt drive garage door opener. Nick was courteous, very knowledgeable as he explained exactly what was being changed and gave me choices. Phoned before he came to my house in the company truck with Precision graphics which gave me peace of mind. Your company is very professional and I rate Nick at 5.

5-stars. Replaced springs, pullys, cables, rollers and realigned the door. I contacted Precision at 8 am and they had Josh there within two hours. Josh explained what was needed to have garage door perform like it should. After the work was completed, the garage door is operating smoother and quieter than ever before. Thanks Josh, your company can be proud to have you as an employee.
