My garage door had issues with the spring pulley hitting the door which caused the cable to jump off the wall pulley. Josh came buy and quickly resolved the issue, changed the door hardware to the correct type, stronger springs, and a different bracket on the spring pulley, quickly, and now my door works perfectly. the price for all this was good and I was very happy with the whole job. I would definitely give Percision a five star rating. They made an appointment for the same day. They sent an e-mail confirming the appointment with pictures showing the technicians. I was pleased that the employees did undergo not only training but background checks too. Jason was very courteous and helpful. He was able to install a new unit within 1 1/2 hours, which was quite reassuring. I recommend them highly.

One Door Spring broke. Door would not open, both vehicles inside.Spouse had to go to work next morning. Called Precision Door told them details, they had an opening at 6pm. Josh Compton arrived around 8pm, did a very professional job and did not complain about having to work late. He replaced all moving parts, most of which were 40+ years old. Now the door is so much less noisy and runs so much smoother. I would highly recommend Josh and Precision Door Service.
