Josh arrived at our home early. He identified the problem immediately and went to work. After he replaced the cables, he went on to check everything about the mechanics of the door as well as a second door that was working properly. Since we had purchased a warranty when we had the new opener installed, the only charge was for a service call. Excellent service in a timely manner.

When your car is trapped in the garage, you want immediate help. I called and actually got to talk to a person during the weekend who cheerfully took my information and scheduled a repairman to come on Monday morning to fix my garage door. He arrived punctually and very professionally accessed and fixed my problem! Frankly I was surprised how much the repair would cost, but did get quality work. He also SD I showed me how w recently purchased hg and garage door opener had been improperlyinstslled. He fixed that as of I now have the quietest sounding garage door. I am very pleased. Imsksi pleased with the5-year warranty!

I had a last minute appointment scheduled and the technician was on site within a couple hours. He was able to review my issues and quote me both repairs and replacement. He took the time to speak to his management in order to ensure the information he was relaying to me was accurate (I have an unusual set up).

Nick quickly replaced the broken spring and asked if I needed help with anything else. He went out of his way to help me reprogram every remote I had for both garage doors. He even looked up the code to reprogram the keypads. Excellent customer service and an excellent technician!

Technician showed up on time and was very courteous. Decided to purchase new door opener from precision. The chain sprocket on my old machine had broken off. Technician discovered the new unit was stripped of parts. Precision sent techs next day and installed new unit. The only concern I have is that their pricing is on the high side.

Outstanding service at a fair price. PARTICK was my service technician and he is very professional, friendly, and really knows what he is doing. I will definitely use Precision for any future garage door problems. He completely rebuilt an older roll-up door system and left it better than he found it. He also fixed a couple of other items I had been having problems with and didn't charge me more. That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you Patrick and Precision Door.

James arrived within the specified time period promised. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He described in detail what needed to be done. He fully explained the options. He recommended only what he thought was necessary thereby saving me some money I thought I would have to spend. I chose the best steel door at a price I would be foolish to decline. He explained it would take several weeks to manufacture. A crew of two would perform the installation. While waiting for delivery the company would contact me periodically with progress updates on the order. This is exemplary customer service. I would not hesitate but strongly encourage anyone to retain the services of this company.

I can not say enough good things about Josh Compton our tech and about Precision Door. I was first of all very impressed to place a service call after 5pm and speak to a live voice. I was also very thankful Josh was able to be onsite the next morning. Josh was prompt and very thorough with the work he did. He had my garage door overhauled and working again within an hour. Even more than that Josh was very professional and treated us very respectful. I'm glad to see great customer service still exists in this world. The office staff and representative, James were quick to respond to my need. James was knowledgeable and made recommendations for a new door and opener to replace the damaged one. Installers are to be out in a couple of days with the new door!

My wife and I are occupying my son-in-law and daughters house and caring for their dogs while they are on active duty in the middle east. In this case...instructions from my "kids" would have been appreciated. The labeled instructions on the buttons for operation on the wall mounted garage door operation "pad" are not where they should be. I ended up locking (stopping) the operation of the door in the down position by pushing buttons in combination, individually, one at a time......trying to get the door to operate (open)...... and the long narrow button above all of the other buttons turned out to be a lock/unlock switch depending on which end of the button you push (!). I have never seen such an over-engineered complex and confusing, and in my opinion, wrongly labeled wall operation pad for a simple task as opening a garage door ! ! (Note: Instruction manual for the opener was not to be found). Your technician, Josh Compton, corrected the situation immediately! I will recommend your company to others in the neighborhood if the need for door repair arises.
