We purchased a replacement garage door after calling Precision for repair of our old one. They made a free service call and explained clearly why a new door would be more cost effective than the work required to repair the old one. We had one small problem with a panel on the new door, and they quickly, efficiently took care of that with no extra charge!

We are extremely pleased with the technician, Patrick Stockton, who performed the service call as well as installed the garage door initially. He is very professional and friendly, not to mention arrived only 30 minutes after our call to the dispatcher, which by the way was after 6 pm. We will request him on any future repair or installation. This was our first garage door installation by Precision and we couldn't be happier. They set the bar very high and we do not know of any other garage door company that can even compete. We highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

The serviceman clearly explained what was wrong and what the repair would cost. He The serviceman gets 5 stars?. He was very polite and clearly explained what needed repair and the costs. The ad was misleading in that it says weekend appointment and emergencies on the weekend 24/7. The operator said that 24/7 means we can make appointments on the weekend for the coming week and also there is no emergency service on the weekend, very misleading. 3 stars for the ad.

We do provide 24/7 live operator service for emergencies and non-emergencies that happen after normal business hours. We also provide emergency after hours appointments from 6 pm to 9 pm Monday - Friday, plus weekend service on Saturday from 9 am - 9 pm. I hope that better describes our emergency service availability.

Tommy was at a neighbors house down the street- so I pull over and waited, I got the phone number and call I was planing on getting other bids., but i Google search so I would have enough knowledge about what I wanted. Tommy came over a hour or so later. He was very knowledgable and I felt confident in his workmanship and abilities. So base upon what I found out the price for everything was what I would expect to pay for a professional installer, I am sure I could have saved a couple bucks- but I am also sure where would they make the cuts in the workmanship in order to save? I wasn't disappointed at all- clean up everything, went to the extra to lube things and so forth- I dot my hard earn money worth and some. Thanks Tommy!

Patrick arrived earlier than I was expecting, a pleasant surprise. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He serviced the door as well as replaced the spring and I can't believe how quiet the door is now. It no longer wakes up the neighbor's pets or sounds like a remake of Jurassic Park.
