My garage door had a bent door track and wouldn't open. I made a call to Precision Door Co. on Friday at 5:45PM. I was already impressed because I assumed they would be closed for the weekend and I would just leave a message, with my car stuck in the garage till at least Monday. Instead, I spoke with a polite customer service rep, who scheduled an appointment for 11:00 the following Saturday. James came out ahead of schedule and fixed the door track, lubricated the rollers, programmed the exterior code box for the door and then programmed the visor opener in my wife's car. He went above and beyond and the bill was more than reasonable. I will recommend Precision Door Co. to anyone needing garage door repairs. Thank you for your professional service. Happy customer!

Thanks to James, who just happened to live nearby, I was able to receive repair service in a matter of hours, though I suspect timely service may be the norm. Although I only needed to have a spring replaced, I chose to have a full service reconditioning of my garage door because of the very fair price and warranty coverage. A clean, well marked, new truck pulled into my driveway, letting me know this was no handyman, sideline business. James went right to work and soon showed me several options. Now my door opens smoothly and quietly, with no strain on the opener motor. This company doesn't have 2000 5-star reviews for no reason!

Very reasonable price for 2 new garage doors and installation. The demo and install only took about 4 hours and there was no mess or complications. I highly recommend calling them for the free estimate if you are in need of new doors. I would use them for repairs also.
