I was very pleased with the service I received. I had a broken torsion spring and called this morning and Patrick arrived around noon to repair it. Patrick was very personable as well as professional. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone.

Very satisfied with the quality of service. The tech was very polite and his knowledge was very impressive. I needed the spring replaced and also the rollers. Also impressed with same day service and also having the parts on the truck. Appreciate the back ground checks and the drug tests as well. I would rate you a 5.

Very impressed with James. He called and let me know he was running behind and was here when he said he was going to be. Very efficient and had the springs replaced on our door in less that 30 min. Thanks so much for the rapid response, coming to our home within a few hours of our call. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Rather costly to replace the entire mechanism, but we understood why and are glad to have quality equipment to use. The door opens so smoothly and quietly now. I guess we just had to learn that the builder of our home put in the least expensive equipment he could, which we had to make up for today. In any case, it is nice to know we have quality garage door equipment to depend upon, and we'll appreciate receiving the warranty.

Awesome service! Patrick was the technician who did the work. I can't say enough good things about how every thing went.This is the second time I have used Precision and I wouldn't use anyone else after having 2 great experiences. The door was badly damaged when I bought this home. I thought I would have to get a whole new door. Patrick was able to fix the existing door and didn't try to sell me a new one. This one now is as good as new!

Your service personnel is the VERY BEST. They are polite, knowledgeable, prompt and fast. They know what needs to be done and how to do it. No time is wasted. They arrive when they say they will and get right to the problem, solve it and make any necessary repair immediately. I could not ask for better or more. I would recommend Precision to everyone. I called for service at 10 a.m. and the repairman was here by 1p.m. Luis was very friendly, explained what needed to be done and did an excellent job. I was very satisfied with the work, and will call them again if we need any more work done on the garage door.

We recently bought a home and were not satisfied with the working of the garage door opener. Precision upgraded our garage door opener system in our prior home and we were delighted with the smooth, almost noiseless operation. Therefore, we called on Precision again shortly after we closed on our new home. The technician took care of our problem. After one week we noticed a squeaking sound each time the door was closed. We notified Precision. The technician returned without delay and fixed the problem with no charge. We remain loyal Precision customers.

First I want to say thank you to the techs and office staff for getting Luis out to my home on very short notice. NO ONE else was able to do this and I called around. Second I can't praise Luis enough for the great job he did getting my garage door working. I will need to wait for sufficient funds to effect a permanent fix but once that has been done I will be calling again to Precision Door Service. Great job a BIG 5 STARS!
