Outstanding same day service!!!!!!!!! I was given a 2 hour window. Between 1100-1300- . Tommy gave me a call to let me know when he would arrive and showed up at 1145. Right from the beginning this was a very good experience, Rachel was very pleasant and appreciative, Great Service. Tommy, our technician, arrived right on time and did a great job he thoroughly explained each step in the process. Tommy is very knowledgeable and professional. The job consisted of replacing the door rod, bearings and hangers, springs, rollers and service. Tommy checked everything out and was finished. Precision Door Service is awesome.

Rebuilt the large double size garage door. He arrived on time and had all that was needed in the truck. Replaced rollers & springs. Adjusted the closure of the door and also replaced the weather striping all along the bottom. It is now quiet and works smoothly. Work was done very efficiently and we are very pleased with the results.

The technician (Patrick) came on time and provided an excellent service. Absolutely perfect. I had a return call within 10 minutes of my request. I was contacted no more than 5 or 6 minutes by a service tech and he was here about 30 minutes later. Repairs were made in about 45 minutes Tommy was gone. He cleaned up all his work and all was done for far less than I could have expected. Also , all of this was done on Sat. Evening while the Tn ball game was on !! I could not be more pleased and would recommend you to anyone needing garage work. Thanks a million

I was impressed when I saw that you could see a picture of the technician and read about him before he even came out. We had James and liked him very much. He was very professional and at the same time talkative and friendly. The problem was that the garage door wouldn't close when the control button was pushed. He not only fixed that very quickly but also pointed out that our garage door needed other repairs which we had him do. We would recommend Precision and we would also call again if we have another problem.

The garage door on my newly purchased home needed to be overhauled; since I am new to the area I didn't know who to call so I googled Garage Door Repair. I saw the website for Precision and was impressed by the detail of information. I called before 7:00 AM and the call was answered promptly and courteously by their 24 hour Operator as advertised. The representative scheduled a time within 24 hours (if truth be told they offered to come same day but I was at work). Precision emailed me a confirmation of the appointment, the service tech called 30 minutes before arrival and went right to work. He replaced all the old/damaged parts and the door plus gave me a 5 year warrantee! The garage door is like new! I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Thank you Precision for making my home feel safe again!

I called for gaskets on both doors and to get them inspected. One door had a new spring and brackets, but old rollers. The other door had a spring that was too small and putting a strain on the motor. It also had a crack in one of the pulleys. Tommy put in new gaskets, new rollers on both doors and a new spring and pulley on the one that needed it. He also lubricated the motor screw tracks, making both openers much quieter. I would strongly recommend Precision door and an excellent Job by Tommy who was my technician.
