They came the same day I backed into my garage door and got my car stuck in the garage. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They should have laughed at me but didn't. I would recommend them and use them again if the need arose

Garage door repair was done with good results after replacing several door items like rollers & bearings but to charge $ 500.00 was way over the top. Probably will not use your service again because of cost.

Professional. Existing opener and parts were several decades old. Representative examined all parts and door explaining what needed to be replaced and what could be safely retained. Recommended replacing the opener, springs (one was clearly sprung), and rollers as all were clearly worn out and need to be brought up to code. Representative only replaced items necessary.

I called at 12 noon and they had Tommy here at a little after 2. He came in did an outstanding job was swift and very personable. I hope to never have the same problem but if I do I'll definitely use y'all again!

Tom was very nice. Immediately he knew what the problem was because he simply had me move a shrub watering container and Shazam; the problem was fixed. He was also very informative.....I'm considering getting a new garage door. He gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. Even though I had my hat on with great big letters, e.g., U.S. Air Force Retired, I was never offered a discount. Even though my wife and I both are as gray headed as they come, we were never offered a discount. So, I guess next time I'll be very careful and pay better attention. I called you because I wanted to keep the money close to home. That's why I called your Fountain City number. I got your number out of the yellow pages. There isn't anything in your add in the yellow pages that indicated a 10% discount for MILITARY or a 10% discount for old people.Probably get you a little more activity if you would put those in your add.

Very prompt service; Josh was very thorough in assessing the needed repair, explaining what it would take to do it, along with an accurate estimate. The damaged spring was replaced, the door operation adjusted and restored. Chose Precision due to available same day service, and the website reviews they had received for other work. Will definitely use them again should the need arise!

I found Precision Doors on Google searching for a company to fix our automatic garage door. It is a very large garage door on a shop, quiet larger than an average garage door. I called that morning and Josh arrived exactly when he said he would the same day. He is very professional, kind and HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! I am so very impressed with him and the company. The speed of service was outstanding. My garage door quit opening yesterday (Sunday). I called at 12:50pm today, Monday, and the technician (Tommy) was here before 2:00pm. He explained everything to me and showed me what the problem was. All was said and done in less than an hour. The best service I have received from any place in a very long time. Outstanding same day service!!!!!!!!! I was given a 2 hour window. Between 1100-1300- . Tommy gave me a call to let me know when he would arrive and showed up at 1145. Did a great job and was done in about 15 minutes. Precision's success is because they have great technicians!!!! If you need a new garage system or repair. These are your guys. Great job!!!!!!!!

Right from the beginning this was a very good experience, Rachel was very pleasant and appreciative, Great Service. Tommy, our technician, arrived right on time and did a great job he thoroughly explained each step in the process. Tommy is very knowledgeable and professional.
