Precision Door was able to respond within about 2 hours after the spring on my garage door broke, leaving both of my vehicles stuck inside of the garage. Thomas Wright did a very nice job repairing all of the damaged parts and got the door working in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks for great service!

When the garage door slammed down after I pulled in the garage last night, I knew I was in trouble. We could see the spring was broken and the door wouldn't open. I immediately started searching and found Precision 24/7... I called at 7:30pm and Patrick was there before 9pm. He was great. Repaired the door and suggested replacement of a couple other pieces. It was so nice to have this done in the evening and not have to worry about it in the morning. Thanks for being there when we needed you! 5 Stars

After scheduling an appointment, I received a conformation email with pictures of the technicians. It is nice to be able to know who to expect when they show up at your door. James Wells was on time, professional, courteous and competent. I felt very comfortable and taken care of to the highest degree. Your ad in the value pak was laying on the table when I noticed the spring was broken. But to be honest the number and the ad was most important. The convenience and having a real person answer the phone sold me. I appreciate the coupon and used it, but having it handy at just the right time caused me to use you instead of hunting up a number for Williams, or someone else I heard on the radio.

Very prompt service, actually same day service...Very professional. Patrick was the tech; he called to say they would arrive in approximately 25 minutes... he knew what the problem was immediately...explained what was needed to repair the garage door, and the cost of fixing it. (His helper was great as well.) I had issues with my garage door on a Saturday. I went on line and found Precision Door Service which offered 24/7 service. I was also impressed with their web site. I was told that Patrick would be my technician and the time lines that he would be at my house. Patrick showed up on time as promised and gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. I found Patrick to be very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a price on rebuilding the door which he could do while he was there. I asked Patrick to give a price on replacing the door and the opener and since I had issues with my door and opener before, so I decided to replace the door and opener. Patrick made a call to his office and made arrangements to have the work done on Monday. And as promised Charles and Dylan showed up on time as promised and with a courtesy call before arriving. The installation was fast and seamless. Charles showed me where to lubricate my door every 6 months for preventive maintenance. I'm very much pleased with the price as I found to be very competitive. The service was awesome and exceeded my expectation. Precision door is all about Customer Service and Professionalism. I give them a 5 star and will recommend to my family and friends.
