Derek arrived on time, and was very personable. He knew about his product, and was able to help to get the electronic garage door opener installed at that time. He had all the equipment he needed with him, on the truck. He was finished in about an hour and a half. He went over everything with us before he left, including how the new opener worked, the panel on the outside of the garage, etc. The price he gave us was very good, compared to other prices we inquired about from different companies.
