Think s is our first time using Precision but it won’t be the last! Garage motor and chain decided it had enough and broke. So we called Precision @ 3:05pm and Derek and Matt arrived by 4:15pm. They were very courteous and professional in explaining what needed to be done. We always read reviews on the companies we use in our area to help determine their reputation and reliability. Precision did not disappoint! They were punctual, knowledgeable,professional and courteous. Derek and Matt we also greatly appreciate you taking the time to clean up and take away the trashed pieces. The company definitely stood up to the 5 star reviews and would definitely recommend Precision. They will be our go to for future garage door issues!

Our son used Precision Door Serice to install new garage doors. He was very pleased with their service and prices, so when U had a spring break in one of my garage doors Saturday morning I called Precision. They sent Derek out within a few hours. Experienced intermittent issue with our garage door closing & not opening Called Precision to schedule an appt for a tech to come out. Shocked when they could schedule us for later in the evening of the same day Derek called & said he had an opening & if he could come on by & take a look Derek was knowledgeable & personable. He did an evaluation & to solve the problem long term needed to replace the lift unit Derek was efficient with the installation programmed our car remotes Derek is an asset to Precision & great people person

Stupid accident on my part damaged my garage door, leaving it inoperative and frozen in position. Precision Door Service responded very promptly. Company had done a service call a year or so ago and did a super job.I did not hesitate to call again when an old system failed on my door opener. they came,checked old system, replaced Drive and power end, all in less time than needed to watch an inning of a good baseball game... They are great...One more thing the price had not gone up a cent from their last visit...thanks jim

Called for a new garage door opener. Our sensor went out but the unit was working. Technician put in a new Genie quiet open per my request. Told my wife that both sensors should be green, but one was red & could not figure out why. Opener has yet to work properly. Called last week for advice, was told I would not be charged for service call since it was only 5 days. Yesterday the door would not open or close. Have appointment for today. Not an easy process!

Derrick was absolutely GREAT. He called when on his way and showed up on time. I couldn't believe how quickly he fixed my doors. He was very courteous and informed me how to help take care of my door rollers and hinges. I would highly recommend him to my friends. Thank you Derrick
