I called Precision Garage door at approximately 1:30 PM. At approximately 2:30, an hour later, Derek the tech arrived and diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. Derek replaced the opener and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the prompt response from the company and the professionalism that Derek exhibited.

Derrick did a great job. Showed up early. Polite, professional, knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Very thorough in explaining the job, and knocked it out quickly. Scheduling was easy as well, and they even knocked off the service charge. 5 year guarantee. I am well pleased. Would highly recommend
