I called to get service when my garage door would no longer open more than a third of the way. My neighborhood provided feedback saying that Precision had fixed several garage door springs in the $300 range. With builder garage doors that are all the same I expected the same price range. When the technician showed up, he quoted me a price of $1100! After a lot of back and forth with him and the office (who quoted me $360) I found out that the reason for the price increase is because the garage door manufacturer works with Precision's competitor. Because of this, Precision can't buy the parts needed to repair so they "recommend" to replace the entire thing. It felt a little untruthful. When I couldn't cover the unexpected cost, the repairman took off and that was that. No service, and I'm disappointed and left wondering how Precision fixed the other garage doors in my neighborhood for $300?

Discovered in the morn8ng the garage door wouldn’t open. Called precision, they came out that morning, diagnosed the problem and repaired by noon the same day. Very happy with the service!

Our service Precision tech was James. He called to let us know he was available earlier than our scheduled time if we wanted him to come then and so our story begins. He arrived almost immediately and was pleasant, polite, and his appearance showed he cared. We told him what we thought, and he smiled and told us what he knew it was within minutes. James then showed us and explained in easy-to-understand language what our problem was and how to fix it. He gave us options, then suggestions with cost to repair or replace. No pressure just honest this or that, our decision. We sure appreciated him.

I have used Precision Garage Door before so that’s who I called when my spring broke. The technician was fast and courteous and in and out in no time. I told him I had an issue with our keypad while he was here and he replaced that too. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

We called around 5 p.m. to make an appointment because both spring broke at the same time on our garage door. We were told that someone would be to our house between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. He arrived at 6 p.m. just as we were told! The technician was friendly and professional. He gave us an accurate estimate and got right to work. He knew just what to do and completed everything within about 30 to 40 minutes. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was on his way. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door if you need work done on your garage door.

Quick response and thorough repair. Spring broke on a Saturday afternoon with our cars trapped inside. Preston came out within hours. He had the parts needed and was able to repair the door that day. Josh exceeded my expectations. He arrived early, which was great! He assessed the problem & immediately began to repair what needed to be repaired & he explained what he was doing throughout the appointment! He was fast but very efficient. It was clear that Josh loves what he does! When I have issues inbthe future, I will ask for Josh! He replaced the large spring that was broken, replaced the cables & rollers. Great work!

Called Precision and got much needed "same day" service. The technician, Chris, actually called me to ask if an early arrival would be possible and was here within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, explaining each phase of the work and allowing my questions and input. He performed a "fix" and an "upgrade" so that my old door is like new. He provided instructions, warranties for parts used, etc. and I now feel like a have a "NEW" door. Haven't been this pleased with service, work performed, and abilities of a technician in years. Probably won't need additional service soon but feel confident I've found my garage door team.

James did an excellent job repairing my springs and refurbishing the bearings/rollers. Also, he was quickly able to get to our house ahead of time. My house's original opener finally died last night. I was surprised they were open with service same day service calls available on a Saturday. James was very fast, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. Anytime I need service I will definitely be calling these guys! Thank you!
