Patrick S responded to our call today and did a great job in explaining the problem with the rollers and track mechanism needing replacement on our garage door. He gave a clear outline on the cost estimate and the time needed for the repair. He did a great job in making the repairs and stayed true to his cost estimate and within his time line he projected to complete his work. He was professional with his work ethic, honest in his explanations, and represented his employer very well. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone, and even recommend that you ask for Patrick. You‘ll be glad you did!

Josh was the technician who was assigned to diagnose the problem with our 2 garage door openers. His response time was spot on the estimated time of arrival. Very knowledgeable about the issues with our opener. Made suggestions for our problem and once I made decision his workmanship was excellent. I definitely would recommend Precision Doors of Knoxville.

Mike came out and did an amazing job getting our garage door working again and even much better than before. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Called Precision and got much needed "same day" service. The technician, Chris, actually called me to ask if an early arrival would be possible and was here within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, explaining each phase of the work and allowing my questions and input. He performed a "fix" and an "upgrade" so that my old door is like new. He provided instructions, warranties for parts used, etc. and I now feel like a have a "NEW" door. Haven't been this pleased with service, work performed, and abilities of a technician in years. Probably won't need additional service soon but feel confident I've found my garage door team.

James did an excellent job repairing my springs and refurbishing the bearings/rollers. Also, he was quickly able to get to our house ahead of time. My car was stuck in the garage so this was very timely/helpful. He also explained everything well and did a thorough inspection of both garage doors to insure everything else was in good shape. Easy to make an appointment. Technician called ahead to announce his arrival time. Checked what needed to be done and parts were in the warehouse. Tech returned in less than and hour and installed the parts then assured everything was in proper working order. A very thorough and professional job was done.

The car was packed for my trip, including my cat! I pressed the garage door button and nothing. I needed to get out, NOW! I came in the house and Precision was listed first. I called, explained my situation and was assured someone would be out between 2-4. At 1:30, Alex called and said he was on his way. He was quick, efficient and thorough. I was on my way by 4p.m. I will surely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Alex.

I am usually reluctant to write reviews but the service I received from Precision Door Service was so exceptional I decided to write the following. I had an old garage door that I was hanging on to for far too long. When I tried to open my garage door very early Thursday morning it would not budge (the spring broke). I was I in a slight panic and knew that I would have to replace the door. I called Precision about 6:00 a.m. and told the person who answered my dilemma. The person I spoke to was very polite and scheduled an estimator to arrive at my residence between 11:00-1:00 that same day. The estimator (Tommy) asked if he could arrive a little early which was fine with me. He was extremely competent, polite and very easy to work with. He understood my dilemma, provided me with an itemized estimate, and was able to schedule my door replacement for Monday afternoon from 1 to 4 p.m. Adam and Nathan asked if they could arrive sooner, and I agreed. They did an amazing job of installing my new garage door and did it quickly. They explain to me how to operate and maintain my new door. The garage was spotless after they finished. As far as I am concerned, this is a five-star operation from start to finish.

As alway service is prompt even when the call is last minute on a Saturday. From the time I called for help until James got here it was about an hour. He had the door fixed and working an hour after that! Thank you for always showing up when customers are in need!

Great Job Guys! I called a to be unnamed other garage door company first, they took my into and said some would call me back to schedule fixing my garage door. After about a half hour I called Precision, appointment was scheduled for 3 that afternoon. Great! After an hour or two Patrick calls me and says he finished his job early can he come over early. Heck Yeah! Well he was here at the earlier time, gave me a quote and we were all finished about an hour later. How great is that? The only thing that could have been better is if the wife thanked me, but you can't hope for miracles. BTW that unnamed company (Farmer) has yet to call me.

You've gotten better. I was hesitant to use you again, because your service techs are so highly geared towards making a sale, any sale, of any unnecessary item. Today's visit was much better. The tech did what I asked him to do without putting the high pressure sales tactic on.

Incredible service across the board. I wanted to replace my current garage door opener, so I filled out a contact form on Sunday afternoon.
