Internet web page with 12 hour service hours listed. Called at approximately 2:30 pm and door services completed by 5:30 pm the same day. Rated at 5 Star. PDS Overall service performed on both garage doors. Service call was conducted in a professional and courteous manner. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

James arrived when he said he would. I told him that my garage door opened when it was dark but not when the sun was shining. Of course when he arrived, it was cloudy. the door worked perfectly. He checked it and discovered that one of the lights near the bottom of the door was very loose. He tightened it. He told me that as loose as it was, the slightest vibration would cause the door to not operate properly. He told me if it did not operate properly when the sun was out, call him back.

We had an after hours emergency and for no extra crazy cost they sent out an awesome worker Nick. He fixed our door in less than 30 minutes. Five stars isn’t enough for your company.

My garage door wasn't working before heading out to work, called them up at 6 AM, had someone out to my house by 9 AM, and the repair was done within an hour. The service technician was friendly and knew exactly what to do. Very hassle free experience.

Well I needed a remote to fix the remote in my car. I called Precision about 1 o'clock and asked them if they could help me out. The Girl said they could have someone here between 2 and 4 o'clock. The man was here about 2:30 and had me a remote ready before I could walk out to the garage. He got the bill together, and I was fooling with the remote on my car, when he walked up and asked if I would like him to fix it for me, he did, I paid him and the job was done. Very professional, very reasonable, very quick. I highly recommend them.

We had a couple of malfunctions on our garage door. Called service and was given a appointment to check it out. We asked for Patrick who did all of our repairs and they put him down to do the work. Patrick arrived right on schedule and immediately found out the probable culprit with the door stopping right after the button was pushed. The sun was very strong on the side where the electronic eye is located. Patrick moved the sensor to the opposite side and said that this should correct the problem. It is working fine now. We are extremely pleased with Precision. Patrick is outstanding in all areas. We enjoy talking with him. He takes the time to explain the repair that he is doing.

Had broken spring, car trapped in garage. Same day service, on a Saturday that was also a holiday (Veterans Day). Showed up 1/2 hour earlier than appointment time, inspected garage door and all parts, recommended replacing worn (14 year old) parts in addition to broken spring. Tech (Josh) was top-notch. Skilled, professional, knowledgeable, obviously experienced. One of the fastest, most efficient workers we've ever seen. Good "consultative" salesman, too, without being pushy. Was a little concerned about the price, but after looking up estimated cost for the parts (all listed in detail on the invoice), it was in the ballpark, especially considering 5 year warranty, fast same-day service on a Saturday, and quality of workmanship. Would recommend.

Tech Patrick called to see if he could come earlier than quoted. Always a pleasant surprise and it fit my schedule. Quickly diagnosed problems and discussed recommendations for repair. Made repairs quicker than quoted and cleaned up very well. The door operates better and quieter than it ever has. Patrick was very kind and professional and we would highly recommend him and Precision Door. Do yourself a favor and call Precision. Don't make the mistake we did 2 years ago and let an average handyman replace the springs. The wrong size spring was installed and that created several other problems in 2 years, not to mention a annoyingly noisy door.

Technician called an hour before arriving, came on time, explained all problems, and quoted the repair estimate. He completed the repair quickly and showed it's operation. He placed a sticker on the door for any future needs. It was good to be operational again so quickly!
