Excellent fast service. This is the second time I have used Precision since moving up here. The first time they came out within hours to fix my garage door (it was broken off the springs and would not close). It was fixed quickly and back in service. This time the door had closed on a car and one of the joints was bent making the door inoperable. I called yesterday evening and Josh came out today and fixed the problem. Again, fast and great service!! If ever needed in the future they are the first ones I will call.

Our garage door spring broke at 8:00 a.m., you had it repaired by 10:15 a.m. on the same day. Technician Chris Breedlove was very pleasant, professional, thorough and prompt. I considered the price to be very fair, especially considering how quickly repairs were complete. A+++

Called on Thursday and had a choice of times for Friday. Tech arrived on time, and completed the job in one stop. All during a pandemic. Once again Precision has come through with top notch service. Oh yes, the prices was very reasonable. Will call again when the other door needs repair.

I am going to sell my home and got it inspected and found out the door opener is out dated, so I called you people, you fixed the door before so I called you people again and the man (Chris Breedlove) was the repairman, he told me about the opener why it didn't pass, it was a old one, no stop return when touch and no eyes on the bottom of the track. He is coming back on Monday 11 to put a new one in. Chris was a very nice person and helped me out a lot, very courteous . The you.

Loved the email confirmation that includes a picture of the service tech that was coming to my appointment. Service Tech reviewed with me the repair that was needed and he performed the work quickly and efficiently.

As I read your ad in the yellow pages, same day service and the fact that you service all brands tipped the scales in your favor. Your technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining his evaluation of our problem. He was efficient with the task and removed all the old parts for us leaving the area clean and tidy. He identified all the parts he replaced and how the new parts compared to the old parts. We chose to replace the old motor as it had far outlived its expected service. The new product is quite impressive and we are delighted with the quality of the LinearPDS800...especially its smooth and very quiet operation. Robert asked us several times throughout the process if we had any questions making sure that we understood how everything operated. He reprogrammed our built in garage door openers in both cars and also explained our choice of warranty...what it covered, what it did not cover and why. We are very impressed with his professionalism and feel we made the best choice in choosing Precision for our garage door needs. We highly recommend them.

The best recommendation for any business is to have repeat customers! Two years ago, I purchased a 24-year-old cottage in Maryville, TN. It has 3 garage bays (one double and one single). Needless to say, the previous owners ignored maintenace. Josh repaired the double bay (basically replaced everything) when I moved in and did an outstanding job. Today, Robert adressed all the issues with the single garage door. Outstanding work and service ... respectful, informative and instructive.
