I contacted Precision on a Monday morning to fix out opener, even though I was pretty sure it could not be fixed. They came out the same day!! The verified that it was not fixable and within 2 hours had installed the new one with new hardware and explained all aspects of the new opener. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and their repairman. Would DEFINITELY recommend them if you have opener problems1!

I thought the price for the repair was steep, but I needed the door working and so many positive reviews could not be wrong, right? Later I decided to some search on the internet. Basically I was charged 20% over the most expensive price estimates I could find. The invoice list all the parts that were replaced, but does not include their price, nor the price for the labor, just the total price charged. Not transparent, to say the least. It was my fault, I should have done my due diligence before calling them. Will not happen again.

If we ever need another garage door fixed we do not want anybody but Robert to come and please let me tell u why!! While Robert was there fixing one door our other door broke the spring with the loudest pop u have ever heard! My husband and I freaked out but Robert handled it with such calm like this happens every day, scared the heck out of Rog n. I but Robert acted like this happens all the time (which it doesn’t) he kept his calm and just went about his business and fixed it!!! I would not recommend anyone not Precision Garage Door!!?
