Bought door from them originally. Have had Precision repair door in past when my bike rack tore it up. Today service tech came within a few hours, within promised window, called to say he was on the way. Diagnosed paint over spray on sensor. cleaned it . Done and done. No service charge. Professional all the way around.

First off, i am a maintenance worker by trade. Knowing that my door problem had gone above my head and the parts I priced would be very expensive I decided to call a repair company. Precision was one of the first to pop up on the search. Great reviews, informative website flexable hours. I called and made a appointment for 5:30. I got a email with a picture of my repairman and confirmation of my appointment. James showed up and was very polite. We talked a little and he inspected my door. He found worn out rollers, frozen bearings and undersized springs. He quoted me a price and stated he woul be there until it was fixed properly. He completed the work in under a hour and the door was better then new. I was a little shocked at the price but after seeing the parts that were replaced the careful expert installation done and the performance after the fact it was well worth the cost. I feel like I have gotten a precision repair and a great warranty. I am confident that my garage door will be the least of my worries. If the rest of the crew is half as good as James then this is a great company to do business with.

We are very happy with our door. Everything from the first man coming to talk to the guys putting up the door was a wonderful experience. Polite people and work done in a timely manner. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Josh came in diagnosed the problem immediately had all the necessary parts and pieces to replace our busted springs, and was in and out in about an hour.....Came out 1st thing in the morning after a 5:30 evening call the day before.

Can't believe I waited so long to get my garage door fixed. Called at 3:40pm and Nick was here and finished about 2 hrs later. I thought I'd have to wait at least a day or two. My door was dying a slow death and Nick had it running smooth and surprisingly quiet in no time. Replaced springs, rollers and cables...runs like new!

Patrick was our technician and did a great job. He showed us and explained exactly what needed to be done. He replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers and also tightened the opener chain. He also had to straighten out the roller track. I can't believe how much quieter the door is now. There is also a lifetime warranty. No more garage door worries. He was also very courteous and friendly. A job well done!

Your technician, James Wells, was very professional and helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped my mother in deciding to replace her old garage door opener and explained everything to her very professionally. She was very pleased with his service and how quickly he did the work. She was also surprised that he had all the necessary equipment available on his truck already. She had already checked with another company, who serviced her garage door opener, about getting a replacement and they told her she had to go to the store to buy the garage door opener and then schedule an appointment to install it. With one phone call, the replacement was taken care of. Everything was cleaned up and the old garage door opener removed when James was finished. Thank you for a very good job done!
