Within 10 minutes of requesting an estimate (on a Sunday) on line I received a call from Precision. They scheduled a technician to be there the next day. He was on time and very personable. He replaced my garage door opener and springs in a professional and prompt manner. The entire experience was easy and very pleasant. Would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

The spring on our garage door broke and was unusable. I contacted Precision on Sunday and they were able to schedule us for the next day. Their employee was prompt and I received a thorough explanation as to what needed to be done as well as pricing up front. We are very satisfied with the service we received!

I literally could not believe the service. We came home from a trip to a door that wouldn’t open. A quick look revealed a broken spring. I found precision through a google search and based on reviews gave them a call. This was around 1145am, the person who took my call said an appointment was open between 1&3pm so I took it. The technician called at 1245 to say he was on his way and arrived literally at 100 sharp. He inspected door thoroughly and explained a lack of maintenance (my fault) had allowed the door to get in pretty rough shape. He replaced broken springs, all rollers and cables, thoroughly lubricated all moving parts, and adjusted the whole unit. It wasn’t this quiet the day it was installed 11 years ago. The tech was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The job was completed by 230pm, I just never expect that kind of service these days.

We were EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the service we received from Precision Door Service. We called at 7:30 AM and Patrick was at our house in a Precision marked truck by 9 AM. He assessed our door issues, gave us a quoted option of repair (with a 5 year warranty) to be done that day or replacement ( with a 1 year warranty) that would take 3 weeks to be delivered. We chose repair, including reinforcing the 19 year old door. The repair was done in 2 hours!. It's like having a brand new garage door. So quite and smooth running. We chose Precision on the basis of a friend's referral and their 5 star rating on Google. We will not hesitate to refer them whenever we can. They gave us speedy service and piece of mind. (You never realize how important a garage door is until you have one stuck have way down and night is fast approaching. ) THANK YOU Patrick and Precision for making our lives safer and easier.

I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone in the Knoxville area. My 13-year-old opener was failing and had become unreliable. I decided to replace it rather than repair. I contacted Precision and in less than two hours Josh (technician) arrived. In a little over an hour he had finished installing the new opener, backup battery, remote, and outside keypad, and two remotes. He also showed me how to program the keypad and my car's Homelink remote. His work was very professional and there was no mess to clean up when he finished.

Loved our expierence! Called early in the day and they were able to fit us in the same day. They gave us a 2 hour window, and made it out before the window. We anticipated that they would give us an estimate and then have to order the parts. But no, when Josh (who was friendly, professional, and fast) arrived he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had all that he needed to fix the problem with him. He did the job and was gone before the end of our arrival window! Great company would definatly use them again!

I was impressed with the fast response from day one. Within 2 weeks I had a garage door installed and working very good. Another garage door company told me that my door would have to be special ordered and it would take over a month to just get the door, then another 2 weeks before they could install it. With Precision, they said it would not be a special order and they had it in within 2 weeks! Great experience!

after checking parts cost online I was surprised at the cost I was charged. james wells quoted me $698 for a door rebuild. I agreed thinking the part were expensive. I could have got the parts online for $250. he worked for approx. one hour. if you do a 100% mark up on parts cost, his labor was $198 per hour. I know I agreed but I should at least have a statement showing the cost of the items. the statement he gave me on line shows $00. cost of each item. he did very good work, and was very courteous, a very pleasant person.
