A++ for this company and Robert who was our technician. We are new to the area and to the type of garage door opener we have in our new home. When placing my call, I was greeted by a friendly rep who immediately called our technician to come. within an hour he was at our door and within minutes had our problem fixed. Not only did he fix our opener, but, also, gave us a tutorial on our new opener and installed a new wireless keypad which he hand in stock in his truck. This company is a well-oiled machine! (And he oiled our door, lol!)

Patrick was our service tech did an outstanding job today fixing a broken chain on our door. He did not carry Genie parts but took time to make an extra trip to a local Tractor Supply store to pick up a master link part that was compatible with our system and fixed our door. He epitomizes professionalism and expertise. 5 star rating for your company and your technicians !!!!

James came out and repaired my garage door within hours of my calling Precision Door. He had the needed supplies to repair the door and did so in less than 30 minutes. My door was operational but would not last for years, so I purchased a new door. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. They were very prompt, were able to come within 30 minutes of our calling for a repair estimate. Their Technician, Chris was very well trained, courteous and gave my wife and I two estimates to choose from. We decided on the better, more thorough repair to replace the broken garage door spring and rollers with a 5 year guarantee. We are very pleased and would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing Garage door work.
