Used Precision because they had refurbished the door 4 yr. ago. This time, I had the same technician as before. Replaced the 15 yr old, chain-driven opener; partly because parts are no longer available for it. Precision's new model is belt driven and also a DC motor instead of AC. Work was completed in about 90 minutes and they did the clean up and haul-away of the old parts and equipment. Soooo, much quieter operation, plus new unit includes remote exterior key pad in addition to the clickers for the autos. That way, if you are not in the car, say doing some yard work and need something from the garage but the door is closed, you can open the door without going through the house first.

Recently we had Precision come to replace a garage door seal on one of our garage doors. Robert came that same day. Robert has been here before to fix our other garage door. We have been very impressed with his work ethic and how he represents this Company in a professional manner. Robert calls before he arrives and makes sure we are satisfied with the job before he leaves. He was considerate to wear a facial mask while he was here, for our protection and his. I had a garage spring break and called for repair at 7:30 A.M. Precision door was in my driveway by 9:00 A.M. James the service tech was very informative in provided several options for repair. He also inspected the second garage door and found some safety problems that needed addressed right away. James gave me some good tips on annual maintenance and did a great job on practicing social distancing. Great Company and good pricing

This rating for the person who comes to our house for an estimate on replacement door. This is not for your products. Person was not frendly at all. Not helpful and not professionally acted. I understand that anyone can be on the bad mood in some days, but I would not understand why you have to transfer your emotions to other people. I can not rate your products or installation services, because I don't get one, but if in the future I will need anything - I will not call to your company in any manner and will not recommend your company to anyone else, just because your employee shows his attitude in the wrong way. Even if our needs not matching your specifications of the services, you can say ,,sorry for can not make it" and tell to people ,,thank you for contacted us and give an opportunity to serve you" instead acting like ,, why you disturbing me?, why call?, keep what you got ", etc. This review is not for anyone who works on telephone as a Customer Service and noway related to anyone else, who may doing their work as should be. I was not planning to write this review on my own initiative, but I am doing this after I received your request for it by email.
