Great, fast service! Our old 14 year old garage door opener finally broke and was not worth trying to fix. Precision was able to come out within 24 hours and replace the whole system in record time. Garage door spring broke on Sunday. Called first thing Monday morning and technician arrived by 9:00am and job was done by 10:30. In addition to replacing the spring the tech checked the entire door and all working parts. Excellent service, overall good experience.

Bracket came came loose on the chain track, pulling away from the wall. Called Sunday afternoon about getting it repaired. Precision said a technician would contact me between 0900 and 1100 the next day. He called at 0810, was at the house around 0830 and took care of the problem in about 15-20 minutes. While he was here worked up an estimate for a complete, new system. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Answered all my questions about new equipment, how long it would take to secure items and how long to install. As a customer, can't ask for anything more. Excellent company, excellent technician.

Called at 2:30, tech arrived 4:50 and new opener was installed by 6:30. Thought they would troubleshoot and come back at a later time.

Robert was our serviceman. He was great! I thought our garage door opener was broken. The eye on lower L was moved. He showed me how to reset it. I made a purchase but it was not listed. I purchased a new rubber gasket edge for the bottom edge. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was done in a quick and timely manner!

I called late in the morning and had a new opener by 3PM. JOSH and his assistant were excellent. They explained the problem and went straight to work with the instillation. Josh to the time to program both of our cars for us and to explain all information. Chris arrived on schedule and got right to the problem once I told him what I had done to try to resolve the issue. The problem was a simple adjustment which he had fixed in about 30 minutes. I had an issue with my door late Sunday night. I called and they had someone at my house the next morning. They told me who would show up, sent me an email with photos of the technician. They came when they said they would. This is so important to me, when a company gives me a short 2 hour window to come to my home and they were on time. The technician, Alex, quickly diagnosed the issue with the door and gave me several repair options. My door went from immobile and crooked to working perfectly in minutes. I can say without a doubt, I will give my business to this company anytime I have any issues with my door. And when I am ready for new equipment, I know who I will call.

Out of the blue our garage door chain broke. Precision was quick to answer the phone and set appt. the same day. Sat. Robert called us before arrival and came on time. He was surprised our sturdy plastic cable broke, as it's stronger than metal. The job was made more complex because the prior installer had cut the metal guide rod short, which required moving the box to install the new rod and chain. I have an 18 foot garage door, in Madisonville, that snapped a spring. I called late Monday afternoon and they came out Tuesday morning. They repaired my door back to new operating status.
