Our garage door and opener had been installed by a house flipping company who did a very poor install job, in fact Josh said it was the worse install job he had seen in a long time and if one of their technicians had done the job they would be fired. Josh fixed all the issues with ease and professionalism. Our garage door and opener now runs smooth, quiet and with ease. Josh was very quick and precise in repairing our door and opener. I have my garage door gear and motor blew out, checked in the internet for someone since the regular person that do repairs was not available and found very good reviews on Precision Door Service and decided to call. I was immediately answered and the lady that took my call was outstanding. I got an appointment later and technician called ahead of time when he was ready to go. He arrive at the early part of the appointment time (3 to 5), quote and I decide to go ahead and make the installation. I am very pleased of the work with only one very minor exception, the clear plastic of the new motor has a lot of grease stains and I will have to clean that, but nevertheless the work is perfect and I am very please and can recommend this company. Thank you.

My old garage door opener was completely inoperable. I saw the ad for Precision when I did a Google search. I felt confident in the ad & the number of reviews and rating, so I called and got an appointment. They came out that evening and I had a complete installation within 45 minutes. Josh Compton, the technician, was very professional. I had several questions, but he answered them and went over everything with me. I love my new opener and would recommend Precision to anyone.

Called Precision because i could not open my garage door, turned that both of the door springs broke. Had a repairman over in about 2hrs. Ty was the repairman he was super had the door fixed and working in a couple of hours. Want to thank him and will use Precision door service if i have any problems in the future.

Prompt service. A broken door bracket had trapped my car in the garage. The appointment was scheduled the same morning, and Ty arrived promptly. He had the parts, did the repairs in two hours, and replaced the springs and other parts with my approval since the door was 25 years old. It now moves smoothly and is SO quiet! My car is free!!

I had my garage doors inspected and given a once over to see if there were any issues. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few issues and he corrected them no problem. I also appreciated that he didn't try to tell me I needed a bunch of parts replaced or stuff I didn't really need. Very honest and up front. I would highly recommend them for all of your garage door needs.

Great service but had no idea I will be charge $50 for service call. Doors have been installed less than a year and there was a gap at the top that was not noticed until cold weather. Can’t really call it a garage door repair had to turn a screw onooener and that was it. Service person Was very professional and friendly and precise

I had used Precision four years ago and was well satisfied with the work done. The job for this week was done by Nick, who arrived on time and provided proper lubrication for the smooth operation of my garage door, especially focusing on the liner framing the door. I had been having trouble with the door sticking before opening. I am grateful for his instruction on how to keep the door maintained so that this problem will not be repeated. I highly recommend Precision. They were flexible with my appointment needs as well as being polite on the phone for scheduling. I also received a reminder email for my scheduling confirmation. Frank B was my Service Technician, he called ahead to confirm my appointment and address, he arrived when he stated. He was polite courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. My home is older and has the original garage door-his dilegance addressed my issues, he cleaned up all his equipment and maintained his professional demeanor at all time. He is a great representive of the overall quality I have come to expect from Precision Garage Doors. I have and will continue to use and recommend these folks.
