our repair person Josh was courteous, arrived early (,before the 2 hour window we were given), knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. He repaired the coil spring and cables on the garage. In addition we asked to replace the bearings and rollers which he accomplished within 45 minutes the entire job. I asked about the motor and he stated we were in good shape with the motor. the price I felt was reasonable and we have a life time warranty. I have used precision in the past and received the same excellent service. I would highly recommend and would rate them at the highest level. They did not try to talk me into anything in fact I requested more replaced than they suggested to repair my problem. I would not hesitate to call for future service.

There are so many variations of garage doors. But once we narrowed it down and finally chose our door, we are extremely happy. The only issue we had was after install, the moving parts were not lubricated so the system wasn't as quiet. A call to investigate quickly identified and resolved the problem. Excellent door.

Josh was the person that installed my garage door opener originally. He did a good job lubricating the hinges and the spring. He adjusted the downward pressure on closing. He is an excellent worker and his knowledge of the product is really good. I would recommend Precision Garage door to anyone.

My wife and I were VERY pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! I called around to multiple companies and everyone was at least a week out except for them. I called around lunch time cause the spring on our door had broken and we were unable to get our cars out of the garage. Alex was there within a couple of hours and got us up and running before the days end. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this company again for our future needs.

Motor, springs, motherboard, rail, gears, everything but the door itself needed replacement after 14 years. Operation was a safety hazard. James described the options, warranty and price. Admittedly, replacement was expensive (~$K) but needed. Took only about 2 hours. Technician knew the system and how to install.

Company seen in mint magazine. It said same day service which I called on Saturday and Sunday couldn’t get out either day. Service guy Patrick very friendly, professional, very good service.

The technician arrived on time and made the necessary adjustments to re-balance the door and was very cordial. We were not sure that would solve the problem since I could not replicate the problem. He made some additional suggestions, such as it could be a bad capacitor. After he left, sure enough, the problem reoccurred. I'm still at a lost as to what to do.

Quick to respond to door that needed repaired. Door worked fine lifting manually But then employee said I needed a bunch of work done - over $650! Told him I just wanted opener fixed today. Would think about other repair vs replacement later. Got rude w me and family because I didn't go w suggested quote.
