When my home was built 12 years ago they installed the door for me. i have always had good and quick service from them. I accidentally hit the door yesterday and damaged 3 panels. The first three numbers I called resulted in answering machines. Precision was phone call number 4 and had a technician at my house within 30min of our conversation. I could see right away that Alex was mortified by my antiquated garage door system but he set about repairing it anyway. He got it operational but also gave me a quote for new doors, at my request. The reason I didn't call them first was because I thought they would be expensive. They weren't, and you know what they say, just do it right the first time.

My garage was 10 years old, and was in bad need of repair. My serviceman, James was very prompt (early really) and very friendly, putting me at ease. He assessed the problems very quickly and offered me a range of choices. I chose to keep the door but he replaced all the moving parts and fixed my opener also better than it was before the problem. In the end, even though it was 7pm, he helped me move my car so I could jump it, saving me a huge headache. Great service and a really great experience! Thanks so much for putting my mind at ease.
