Patrick did an excellent job very quickly and he knew exactly what to do. Very professional technician...5+. He installed a different spring concept that works much better. Our garage door jumped it's tracks and we couldn't open or close the door. Looked like it would fall at any moment. When I called the lady, was very kind and polite.She scheduled same day. Patrick did a fantastic job installing the new opener and changing out the door hardware to accomodate the the new opener. A fine Christian man I had the pleasure to meet and talk with. Patrick gave me a call 20 mins. out & was very timely. I was told he'd arrive between. 5 & 7 pm...he was done with job before 6! We are selling our house and needed the garage door safety sensors reattached on one side. If you are selling your house & detached your safety sensors at some time over the years because they were "a nuisance" & you don't have all the pieces & parts you need, just call precision! They can make sure everything is in good working order before the inspection. Patrick is professional & very knowledgeable about his craft.

On time/came exactly when they said and called ahead. Replaced springs, cables, bearing and wheels and adjusted remote. Doors are like brand new and Patrick the technician worked hard to complete 2 doors in a little over two hours. Took time to explain everything and what to expect once work was performed. Would use Precision again and recommend their services.

I was very happy with our service and the replacement of our garage door. Our garage door broke and we called the next morning and someone came out a couple of hours later. We needed to have our garage door replaced. Patrick was nice enough to help us get the door to close till they could come and replace the door. The 2 employees who installed our new door was very nice and fast on the install. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and will definitely will use you again. Thank you!

Called about problem and receceived SAME day service. Patrick arrived and showed us how we really needed to update our outdated system. These folks are the bomb! Called one late afternoon and they were here first thing the next morning. They had my old 20 something-year-old garage door fixed in no time. Patrick was great! He went beyond what anyone could have expected. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. New springs, rollers, cables and lots of adjustments and my door is like new.
