My door was damaged by my car backing in before it was fully open. Called Precision Door in the morning and two technicians showed up 4 hours later. They recommended some new parts and general servicing at a reasonable price. The job was done quickly and the door works better than before.

We called Precision Door around noon when we found our garage door spring was broken. They had a truck out to our house 2 hours later. Our service tech was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He looked at the broken spring and identified other problems that probably contributed to the spring failure, like bad roller wheels, friction and other issues. He quoted a fair price, fixed everything he said he would and did a great job. I would highly recommend Precision Doors for any garage door repairs needed.

I called at 7 a.m. Customer rep. took my info and advised someone would be out between 9 and 11. Patrick called at 8:10 and stated he would arrive at 9. He and his teammate arrived almost exactly and 9 and replaced all the hardware and the opener on my 14 year old system were finished by 11. I've never heard an opener so quite. Prompt courteous service.

$600 to replace a broken Spring seems extremely high, even with the new cables and rollers. I appreciate the quick response on the day before Thanksgiving, but I've been told I most likely paid twice as much as I should have. Would also expect a Service Technician to wear a mask to my home in this time of a pandemic, which he did not. The work was done in a timely manner and seems to be of good quality, and I was quoted a price before work was performed, however I felt I was in a no win situation since other repair companies were scheduled out for up to a week and I had to have something done right away.

So impressed with the service from Precision! I called and they sent a tech out within 2hrs. Patrick, the service tech, called on his way and was 10mins early in the window so no waiting around. Patrick was so professional and quick. He provided three different price point options, and outlined the pros and cons of each. No pushing for a more expensive solution. The work was complete within 3 hours and it works GREAT! I wish we had found Precision a year ago instead of putting band-aids on the problem. Oh...Patrick was super sweet with our puppy too. One of the springs broke on my garage door on a Friday of Labor Day weekend. Surprisingly enough Precision was open and came out on Saturday and had my garage door fixed in 50 minutes. Price was a little more than quoted but I am very grateful for the professional way in which it was handled. I believe Patrick was my repairman, very professional and polite. Would very much recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement.

So happy with precision. Patrick was awesome. We had everything but the original garage doors repaired/replaced. Arrived when promised. We actually took recommendation from Patrick when he arrived to look at the doors and repair. We needed so much more and that was fine. We have known awhile that they needed repaired so we just had everything done at once. Patrick answered all our questions and worked up our estimate before everything was scheduled for the upcoming week. Highly recommend precision. Also i do not know of many other garage door companies that offer lifetime warranties on certain components. We greatly appreciate Patrick,Scott and Miss Holly they answered all questions, made the entire process extremely easy and instilled trust with the company and the products we purchased. We are now customers for life.

Quick to respond to door that needed repaired. Door worked fine lifting manually But then employee said I needed a bunch of work done - over $650! Told him I just wanted opener fixed today.
