I am managing a renovation of a recently purchased home from 500 miles away. I knew the existing garage door and opener had issues but hoped a replacement could wait until we moved in. However, the opener's key pad entered life support mode yesterday morning and my contractors could not enter the home without considerable aggravation, if at all. I contacted Precision late that morning, scheduled an assessment for Sept 1. At 0830(CT) this morning, Josh called and told me he was at the house. After a conversation about what had to be replaced and what could be salvaged, I gave him the green light to refurbish the door and hardware, replaced the opener and test everything. 90 minutes later he called back, asked for a key code and we were done. Another reason for escaping IL and embracing Eastern TN. Thanks.

Precision Garage Door of Knoxville promised and delivered. We had a spring break over the July 4th weekend. I called several other companies on Tuesday to get the spring replaced and the earliest I could get an appointment was at least two days out. Not a problem, but we could not get into our garage. A Google search of "best garage door service in Knoxville" turned up Precision Garage Door. After reading the numerous positive reviews I gave them a call around 9:30a. I was told a technician was in the area and could be at my house between 1p-3p. Well, at 12:45p Josh C. called and said he was on his way. Twenty minutes later Josh was there and working on the door. Josh checked everything out, replaced the broken spring and performed a complete service overhaul on the door. And, it only took about an hour. I believe this is the best our garage door has worked since we purchased the house 8 years ago. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Knoxville for any service needs and they will now be my go to for any additional garage door needs.

I am so impressed by the service I received. I called Monday morning about 8 am and Josh was here by 10. My garage door was 30 years old. Josh gave me options for repair or replace. I replaced the old unit. Before when the door opened or closed, it made a loud sound. Now It is so quiet that I can't believe it is working. But it is. I would recommend you to everyone!

I spoke to a few others and they were not professional They could not or would not give me a driver direct time they did not sound like business Men Your secretary was great and was able to give me a 2 hour window and told me the repairman would call on his way He did and was here at the early end of the ,3.hours given He was very nice and knew his job and it didn't take but a few minutes to determine the problem He gave me an estimate and when he finished the job he was a few dollars under what he quoted me I was thoroughly pleased with everything I told him I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone If I ever need more work of that type I will call you. ????.

After a mishap with my garage door this Knight in Shining Armour showed up and fixed me up! They said 2-4 at 1:30 and I got a call in literally 2 min and he was here in 40 min! He checked my door, adjusted some settings and lubricated the door which I had no idea I was doing all wrong! The best! I'll call to replace my door when needed!
