Our ancient garage door spring broke on Thursday evening, and on Friday morning I was calling around hoping to get a person here that afternoon. When I talked to the woman at Precision Garage Door of Knoxville, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and promised to have a technician at my house between 2-4pm that very day. Josh C arrived on schedule, carefully listened to what I said, and assessed the situation. I agreed to the approach & pricing. Within about 90 minutes, he had the door working perfectly (and more smoothly than it has for years). Josh C did a great job, and I am extremely pleased with his work and the company's responsiveness.

Josh called 25 minutes before he arrived and was on time, He started by introducing himself and asked me what the problem was with my garage door opener. He solved the problem immediately and them inspected the spring, rollers, etc and pointed out possible future problems. Josh was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service, will not hesitate to call Precision Overhead door again.

Although my garage door opener had been giving me problems for several weeks, I managed to get it to work well enough to postpone service since my wife had been ill and was returning home from the hospital and rehab. As luck would have it, the day I brought her home, one of the door springs broke and the opener, which had been giving me problems for some time, was no longer operating. I called Precision to see if someone could come to inspect and give me a quote for repair, expecting that it would be sometime during the following week. To my surprise, Josh returned my call and said he was finishing up another job and would be at my home asap. Sure enough, he arrived soon thereafter, quickly assessed the damages, gave me a quote and, following my authorization, completed the repairs, replacement, and clean up in approximately two hours! Needless to say, I was very pleased and satisfied with the prompt response and work completed. This was one of the best service calls that I have ever experienced and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to others with garage door needs.

Garage door opener repair. Very satisfied with the complete experience. From the call to the completion of the repair. Josh was very knowledgeable and courteous. He also was helpful in providing tips for mantenance of our door to keep it in the best working order possible. He even replaced the light bulb, he didn't have too. Throughly accessed what needed to be done and didn't push an unnecessary sale of items that still worked. I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Will use Precision Door in the future for servicing, repair or replacing door if the need arises.

Response time was sensational. Knowledge of me and my previous projects were amazing, as it had been 7 years. We moved back to Knoxville a couple years ago after living overseas for a number of years. I can honestly say that since returning from overseas, we have never experienced the level of professional, courteous, service that we received from Precision. We recently had a garage door spring break and I called another service provider to schedule repair and the soonest they could reach our location for a simple estimate was 10 days. I then called Precision about 1:30 pm and Josh was at my home just before 3 pm - within 90 minutes of my call. Josh gave me an immediate estimate, applied a coupon, and conducted the repair all within about 40 minutes. The repair was done well, with quality equipment, and an explanation of how to maintain the new springs. I was incredibly impressed and cannot recall receiving this level of service from any provider, anywhere. We would absolutely make Precision my first call the next time we need any sort of repair. I only wish they repaired other things around the house as well.

We have used Precision Door to keep our garage doors in perfect working order for the past 10 years. We had a cable problem on one of our doors this week and called for an appointment. Joshua Compton arrived that afternoon and the problem was immediately taken care of .
