I called precision door service Wednesday after 6, my garage door was fixed by Thursday at 2. I had the spring replaced and James Wells my tech went out of his way to notice my garage door opener was not working properly and re adjusted it for me. replaced spring and all hard ware. Wow, amazing service that completely exceeded my expectations. I called a little after 8:00 am, scheduled a visit for 3:00 pm. Tech shows up a little early (I know, when was the last that happened?) , he diagnosed the problem, gave me a detailed quote (that I accepted), then he stays and fixes everything on the spot. He finished in about an hour, gave me an itemized bill, I paid him through his tablet and boom! Garage door repaired and the whole thing was done in 7 hours. Unheard of these days. Excellent work all around.

James was great! He came and replaced our opener without great fanfare. Up front, I was a little disappointed that they were not able to fix the Linear we had, but James did explain they just couldn't carry every part needed. We are very happy with the Genie that was installed and it is soooo much quieter than the old one.
