Up front, I was a little disappointed that they were not able to fix the Linear we had, but James did explain they just couldn't carry every part needed. We are very happy with the Genie that was installed and it is soooo much quieter than the old one.

Our opener stopped working on Friday evening. I was able to get the door closed. Precision was the third company we called and the first that was able to come out that morning. James, our technician, diagnosed the problem almost immediately. James was very nice and very professional. We will not hesitate to call Precision for any of our garage door needs.
