I think the repair was expensive but i had no choice. Either replace a rusty spring or risk possible injury or more expense at a later date. The repair man did an excellent job in a timely manner. I wish he could have had the weather stripping on his truck to finish the repair but I will do that myself at a later date. Suggestion to the company: start carrying the weather strips.

I called this morning asking for someone to come and take a look at my garage due to my spring breaking on my door. The customer service representative on the phone was amazing (I called at 830am) and by 1:15pm James W, the tech, had come and gone. I not only got my spring fixed but got other worn out broken pieces replaced and purchased a new quiet garage door opener. I will refer Precision to others.

After 14 years our garage door finally failed. I found Precision Door through a web search. Looked at customer comments and gave them a call. I didn't expect them to be out the same day as it was not an emergency. Our tech was James Wells. We discussed pros and cons or repairing a 14-year old system as opposed to going with a new Genie system which had added features since 14 years ago. James went straight to work and in less than 90 minutes we had a new system up and running.
