Precision is a great company. I had an issue with my garage door on Thursday, December 21st and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out so close to Christmas week-end. The lady I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. James came out Friday morning, determined my problem and fixed my garage door! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate Precision's prompt response!!

I think the repair was expensive but i had no choice. Either replace a rusty spring or risk possible injury or more expense at a later date. The repair man did an excellent job in a timely manner. I wish he could have had the weather stripping on his truck to finish the repair but I will do that myself at a later date. Suggestion to the company: start carrying the weather strips.

Office staff and technician were very friendly, helpful and professional; and when I called the office personnel set me up with an appointment for the next day, so it was great that we didn’t have to wait so long for an appointment. The technician (James) was very helpful and courteous, and got the job done quickly. The pricing for the work was fair as well. I highly recommend Precision, and will use them again, when needed!

I called this morning asking for someone to come and take a look at my garage due to my spring breaking on my door. The customer service representative on the phone was amazing (I called at 830am) and by 1:15pm James W, the tech, had come and gone. I not only got my spring fixed but got other worn out broken pieces replaced and purchased a new quiet garage door opener. I will refer Precision to others.

Recommended by a close friend and he didn't steer me wrong. Called your office, efficient and friendly office staff, told me when the tech would be out, who it was and that he would call prior to arrival. Everything happened as she said. Tech arrived ahead of schedule, replaced broken spring, rollers, wires, etc due to age (17 years). Friendly and efficient. would recommend and will use again. Thanks!
