Experienced intermittent issue with our garage door closing & not opening Called Precision to schedule an appt for a tech to come out. Shocked when they could schedule us for later in the evening of the same day Derek called & said he had an opening & if he could come on by & take a look Derek was knowledgeable & personable. He did an evaluation & to solve the problem long term needed to replace the lift unit Derek was efficient with the installation programmed our car remotes Derek is an asset to Precision & great people person

Stupid accident on my part damaged my garage door, leaving it inoperative and frozen in position. Precision Door Service responded very promptly. The technician was extremely courteous and knew how to rebuild the door (finished within an hour or two). The door works just fine, now. I highly recommend this company.

Company had done a service call a year or so ago and did a super job.I did not hesitate to call again when an old system failed on my door opener. they came,checked old system, replaced Drive and power end, all in less time than needed to watch an inning of a good baseball game... They are great...One more thing the price had not gone up a cent from their last visit...thanks jim

Called for a new garage door opener. Our sensor went out but the unit was working. Technician put in a new Genie quiet open per my request. Told my wife that both sensors should be green, but one was red & could not figure out why. Opener has yet to work properly. Called last week for advice, was told I would not be charged for service call since it was only 5 days. Yesterday the door would not open or close. Have appointment for today. Not an easy process!

My garage door broke on a Saturday night . I was not able to repair it by myself so I ended up crossing my fingers and called a company to see if they could help me the following Monday about 10:30 am . I had decided to try Precision Garage Door Service of Knoxville because of the reviews and a recommendation from a friend . Am I glad I did ! From the phone call until the job was finished , it was a wonderful experience . The lady told me what would take place , and that's what happened . The young man that came out was very , very good at his job . I enjoyed watching someone work when they know what their doing . Needless to say who I will call next time I need my garage doors repaired or who I will recommend to anyone else . Again , a special THANK YOU to Derek Haynie for doing a good job and everyone else that helped me .

I would give it a 10 star if I could ! I called and they showed up within an hour , diagnosed within 5 minutes and then had a couple of different solutions to choose from and had the work finished in about an hour ! Thank Derek! Same day service is true! He was here within an hour of me calling when our Spring on our garage door broke! A little more than what we expected but glad he found the dangerous situation that was causing it so we agreed to the extra repairs because safety for us and our kid’s come first! He was in and out with all the repairs only taking a little over an hour like he said it would be!

After reviewing several 'garage door companies' after door malfunctioned after 4:00 PM, I was attracted to the '24 hour service of Precision. The initial phone call was handled very professionally, the receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly and let me know that someone would be at our home to handle the problem in approximately 2 hours. In about 30 minutes, the tech called and said he was about an hour and half away and would be here soon. In about 90 minutes he arrived, introduced himself and got right to work. The issues were repaired and all done in about an hour. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous and checked the repair repeatedly to be certain the problem was solved before leaving. I will use Precision again and proudly recommend their services! Bob
