Today I couldn't get my garage door open due to a broken spring. Within two hours Precision Garage Door service technician had the spring and bearings replaced and working smoothly. Derek arrived on time, and was very personable. He knew about his product, and was able to help to get the electronic garage door opener installed at that time. He had all the equipment he needed with him, on the truck. He was finished in about an hour and a half. He went over everything with us before he left, including how the new opener worked, the panel on the outside of the garage, etc. The price he gave us was very good, compared to other prices we inquired about from different companies. We would definitely recommend Precision Door Company to anyone who is looking for help with their garage door.

Think s is our first time using Precision but it won’t be the last! Garage motor and chain decided it had enough and broke. So we called Precision @ 3:05pm and Derek and Matt arrived by 4:15pm. They were very courteous and professional in explaining what needed to be done. We always read reviews on the companies we use in our area to help determine their reputation and reliability. Precision did not disappoint! They were punctual, knowledgeable,professional and courteous. Derek and Matt we also greatly appreciate you taking the time to clean up and take away the trashed pieces. Technician Derek came out soon after I called. He was awesome. Polite, friendly, and professional. However, while at my home, my faulty door worked flawless. Overall, very positive experience with this company. Would hire again.
