Very pleased with the service I received from Nick he was very informative and had the door fixed in less than 30 minutes I would highly recommend Percision garage doors to everybody. Well I needed a remote to fix the remote in my car. I called Precision about 1 o'clock and asked them if they could help me out. The Girl said they could have someone here between 2 and 4 o'clock. The man was here about 2:30 and had me a remote ready before I could walk out to the garage. He got the bill together, and I was fooling with the remote on my car, when he walked up and asked if I would like him to fix it for me, he did, I paid him and the job was done. Very professional, very reasonable, very quick. I highly recommend them.

Can't believe I waited so long to get my garage door fixed. Called at 3:40pm and Nick was here and finished about 2 hrs later. I thought I'd have to wait at least a day or two. My door was dying a slow death and Nick had it running smooth and surprisingly quiet in no time. Replaced springs, rollers and cables...runs like new!

I saw your advertisement on TV including free service charge this week. My house is 26 years old and I still like my steel garage doors, but decided to upgrade all the working parts and switch over to the belt drive garage door opener. Nick was courteous, very knowledgeable as he explained exactly what was being changed and gave me choices. Phoned before he came to my house in the company truck with Precision graphics which gave me peace of mind. Your company is very professional and I rate Nick at 5.

Nick quickly replaced the broken spring and asked if I needed help with anything else. He went out of his way to help me reprogram every remote I had for both garage doors. He even looked up the code to reprogram the keypads. Excellent customer service and an excellent technician!
