I got home from work to find my garage door wouldn't open. Within an hour they had a technician in my driveway. Nick was great; he took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how he would fix it. If there was a way to give Precision 6 stars I would.

At 4pm on Friday a spring on my garage door broke and I called Precision. A technician came to my house at about 5PM and made the door operable although a complete repair won't be performed until Monday. Very responsive service!
