I had my garage doors inspected and given a once over to see if there were any issues. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few issues and he corrected them no problem. I also appreciated that he didn't try to tell me I needed a bunch of parts replaced or stuff I didn't really need. Very honest and up front. I would highly recommend them for all of your garage door needs.

I had used Precision four years ago and was well satisfied with the work done. The job for this week was done by Nick, who arrived on time and provided proper lubrication for the smooth operation of my garage door, especially focusing on the liner framing the door. I had been having trouble with the door sticking before opening. I am grateful for his instruction on how to keep the door maintained so that this problem will not be repeated. Nick arrived the same day to fix the spring on the garage door on our recently purchased home. In addition to the spring, he identified a few other issues with the door and fixed them as well. Nick was on-time and very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We called for service mid-morning and got a service appointment for sometime between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. The service man Nick arrived at 1:45 (which was awesome). He introduced himself and inspected the garage door. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product and explained it to us so that we understood how it worked as well! He explained our options and we made a decision and he proceeded with the repairs. Completed the work quickly within an hour. He also check the second garage to confirm that it was working properly. I called for repair of broken spring and estimate on new opener. It was about 11:45 am I told the lady on the phone it was not an emergency and if needed we could wait a couple days. She was very nice and said they would have a tech at our house between 3 - 5 pm.The tech called at about 2:00 pm and said he would arrive around 2:30 he came and replaced both springs all rollers, pulleys, cables, and put a new opener up and was gone by 5:15.

My garage door was professionally installed by Precision a couple of months ago. Last night the lift assist spring broke. I called Precision and a tech (Nick) was dispatched today to repair my door. The technician showed up as promised. Nick spent time establishing the root cause of the failure and took steps to ensure that the cause of the failure didn't happen again. After some signatures, I was up and operating again! Again, it's unfortunate that there's only five-stars available! Can't recommend Precision enough.
