The appointment was between 12 - 2 pm. The technician arrived late. He called on his way stating he was delayed by an emergency. Made some minor adjustments to the door which took less than 15 minutes. Upon receiving the invoice, it says a charged a shop fee was applied. It was explained to me as a service call charge. The technician was very pleasant and polite but he was later than promised. Albeit he did call at 1:45pm or so stating he would be there after 2pm.

A little pricy, but fast and courteous service. Technician (Deric) was friendly, well-trained and professional. He said the company would be emailing my receipt and warranty information, but never did receive it. Hopefully, it will arrive soon.

Company had done a service call a year or so ago and did a super job.I did not hesitate to call again when an old system failed on my door opener. they came,checked old system, replaced Drive and power end, all in less time than needed to watch an inning of a good baseball game... They are great...One more thing the price had not gone up a cent from their last visit...thanks jim

Called for a new garage door opener. Our sensor went out but the unit was working. Technician put in a new Genie quiet open per my request. Told my wife that both sensors should be green, but one was red & could not figure out why. Opener has yet to work properly. Called last week for advice, was told I would not be charged for service call since it was only 5 days. Yesterday the door would not open or close. Have appointment for today. Not an easy process!

Extremely satisfied: I didn't expect a same-day appointment, James arrived 2 hours after I called. James assessed my garage door needs and offered a couple solutions. Our garage door opener malfunctioned and Precision door came within just a few hours of us calling. It wasn't going to be worth repairing our old opener, so they installed a new opener and belt drive. It also came with a keypad and remotes. The keypad was a nice upgrade. The whole process took less than 2hours. The new opener is very quiet, much quieter than our old belt driven opener. We couldn't be happier with the service or product.

I had a garage spring break and called for repair at 7:30 A.M. Precision door was in my driveway by 9:00 A.M. James the service tech was very informative in provided several options for repair. He also inspected the second garage door and found some safety problems that needed addressed right away. James gave me some good tips on annual maintenance and did a great job on practicing social distancing. Great Company and good pricing

As I read your ad in the yellow pages, same day service and the fact that you service all brands tipped the scales in your favor. Your technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining his evaluation of our problem. He was efficient with the task and removed all the old parts for us leaving the area clean and tidy. He identified all the parts he replaced and how the new parts compared to the old parts. We chose to replace the old motor as it had far outlived its expected service. The new product is quite impressive and we are delighted with the quality of the LinearPDS800...especially its smooth and very quiet operation. Robert asked us several times throughout the process if we had any questions making sure that we understood how everything operated. He reprogrammed our built in garage door openers in both cars and also explained our choice of warranty...what it covered, what it did not cover and why. We are very impressed with his professionalism and feel we made the best choice in choosing Precision for our garage door needs. We highly recommend them.

Our door was a mess even though it was only 3 years old! When James arrived he explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it and upgrade the door to where it should have been with the original installer. It only took him about 1 hr. to fix and it’s working great! Highly recommend Precision!!

All of our expectations were met and our issues were resolved. The service representative was extremely helpful in explaining the issues related to our garage doors.
