This was the first time using Precision Garage Door Service. Called in the afternoon and got a same day appointment. Derek arrived at the beginning of the service window, assessed the repairs needed, and completed all the work required in a timely manner. Derek was friendly and pleasant to chat with, and he also covered some basic maintenance that I could do. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Very pleased with the service.

Our garage door went off track on Friday night. I booked Precision online for Saturday afternoon, but Hunter called and came out quickly and was able to fix it for us! He installed all new springs and cable for us. I highly recommend Precision!

Derek did a great job assessing what our issues were. He explained everything in detail and provided me a quote. I had a broken spring on one of our garage doors. I called the company that installed the door 10 years ago with new home construction. The earliest they could send a technician was five days out. I wanted and needed the door repaired that day. I called Precision at 9am and Thomas, the technician was here within a hour and a half. I watched while he repaired the door. He explained what was needed to properly repair the door and what the repair would cost. I agreed to the price and he renewed the operating system completely. I am totally satisfied with the timely and professional repair.
