I called on Sunday because my door broke one of the 2 springs. The technician was scheduled to come on Monday to do the repair between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. He was here about 9:15 AM after calling to confirm his arrival. He was very courteous and professional. He inspected the entire door. He educated me on other parts with wear that I may want to consider changing also. There was no hard sell and he made sure that what I had done was solely my choice. I ended up having the springs, bearings, rollers, and cables replaced. Basically a complete rebuild of everything wearable. The technician was very good at what he did and finished the work at a good pace. No mess, no fuss. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing door repair or inspection.

James did an excellent job repairing my springs and refurbishing the bearings/rollers. Also, he was quickly able to get to our house ahead of time. My car was stuck in the garage so this was very timely/helpful. He also explained everything well and did a thorough inspection of both garage doors to insure everything else was in good shape. I called at 1130, appt at 3, James was here and finished by then! And I live over an hour from Knoxville. James was very professional and courteous, and knows garage doors! Replaced springs but did a full PDS overhaul. I highly recommend Precision; there actually is great customer service and highly skilled techs out there still, and that's unusual these days! Go with Precision if you want prompt, professional service and quality repairs.

Precision Door was recommended by my neighbor who had recently repaired his garage door. I called Precision before 7:30 in the a.m. about my issue and the call was answered by a REAL person. A Precision Technician was at my door by 9:00 the same morning and made the repairs. Excellent Job! Will call Precision the next time I need a garage door repair.

My garage door spring broke about 4 pm on a Monday. I had a friend who said I should call Precision Door, as they did a good job for him a few weeks ago. To my surprise when I called, the person told me that a technician could be there between 6 and 8 pm that day. I was really shocked when I heard that and told her to schedule the visit. The Technician(James)came about 1 hour later, went over the whole issue with me and repaired the door so it will be in excellent shape for years to come. The service that this company offers is second to none!

Great same-day service. The service tech was at the house within an hour or so of my call. James was very professional and explained what was going on with my garage door. Gave me options and pricing on fixing the garage door opener and various components. Within a couple of hours, I had a new garage door opener that is quiet and has several features that the old garage opener did not.
