I was able to get same day service by a technician who was thorough and experienced. He told me what I needed, what other options were and then did what he told me he was going to do. Over the weekend, my garage door torsion spring snapped leaving my vehicle inside with no way to get out. After delayed by a local competitor, my wife suggested Precision Door. I called today and w/i a few hours, Hayden came to the house to repair the door. He presented himself in a professional and personal manner. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and expedited manner of his repair! Hayden is an asset to the company! The cost of repair was very reasonable! Our garage door was acting weird not closing right, noisy and was afraid it was going to fall off the track. I called on a Saturday to get an appointment was able to talk to someone. We got an appointment on Wednesday (my choice). Duncan came out checked the door out called the DH explained everything and we got a new opener, wheels, openers, and many other pieces and parts. Duncan was knowledgeable efficient and got the job down. Enjoyed the fact he did not have to come back another day. The door is so quite. This experience was enjoyable. Thank you

I didn’t think I could have gotten a garage door installation the same day I called for an appointment. Wow. The installer couldn’t have been nicer and answered all of my questions. I really like my new opener, the keypad, and the Wi-Fi app to access my garage. So much quieter than what I had too. I will refer Precision to all my friends. Thank you.
