Your service person, Hayden Duncan did an excellent job of explaining the repair options for our garage doors. In the end, we decided to go with new doors since our doors were 30 years old. Hayden did a good job of taking us through the options for the new doors.

I had switched from the company that installed the garage doors in my condo development, when I had an issue with their work. Trapped in the garage with a broken spring! What a way to start the day. Called, friendly voice assured they could help. Had appointment scheduled within 1 hour. Technician called prior to arriving. We called around 5 p.m. to make an appointment because both spring broke at the same time on our garage door. We were told that someone would be to our house between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. He arrived at 6 p.m. just as we were told! The technician was friendly and professional. He gave us an accurate estimate and got right to work. He knew just what to do and completed everything within about 30 to 40 minutes. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was on his way. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door if you need work done on your garage door.
