We had Preston come to our house to look at our garage door and we couldn't have been more pleased. Preston introduced himself to us and was very polite and very thorough. He showed us all the mechanical parts on our door and explained the difference between what we had and what Precision had. We were amazed at the difference. We had Preston remove our springs and other mechanical parts and install Precisions parts. Our garage door opens and closes so smooth and so quietly now, we are amazed at the difference. We are very happy with Preston's work and Precision. We recommend Precision to anyone interested in garage door repair or replacement.

The door spring broke and Preston was here the same day. A great young man and knew what he was doing on the repair. I went ahead and replaced some other parts for preventative maintenance. Thank you Precision Doors and especially our service provider, Preston! You were amazing. In a absolute panic I called Precision Doors a little after 6 am. My garage door would not open, my truck was in the garage, and my son had is first full contact football game at noon. Your office got me on the schedule for 9am....Preston was so knowledgeable! Got our repairs completed in a little over an hour and I was on my way to my son's football game! So nice to see a company that still delivers amazing customer service and gets the job done without a headache! Thank you again. Very happy with the service from Precision. I was expecting to wait several days to get my garage door fixed. I was contacted by Preston within thirty minutes of my initial call. Preston was very courteous and professional. He look over the whole door not just the broken spring. He suggested replacing all the moving parts that make the door go up and down. He quoted a price and showed me what I would be billed for. I agreed to the quote and he had my door fixed in less than an hour. I will recommend Precision to anyone I know that has a garage door problem.

Preston was great. He was right on time and was very professional. He explained everything I needed regarding new door openers and how to make my garage doors operate more efficiently. He did the installation of both new door openers and put new rollers on both doors and cleaned both doors . The doors also now open much quieter than they did before. I definitely recommend Preston and Precision Garage Doors.

As luck would have it, the garage door spring broke on Sunday morning, leaving my truck stuck in the garage. Not knowing who I could call on a Sunday I googled for garage door repair, and Precision Doors came up, and they were in my area, as well as Sunday service. After a quick chat online, I was able to set up an appointment for the afternoon. The tech arrived close to the scheduled time and quickly evaluated the solution to repair my door. He quoted the cost and what was included, which I agreed to, and he went right to work and completed the job in about an hour. It was a job well done, and I do recommend this company for quality and customer service.

The technician (Preston) was prompt, courteous and professional. He expediently diagnosed and identified the problem, then pointed out to me each of the parts of the door that were broken and needed repair/replacement. Seldom have I had a technician provide such useful information when dealing with a disfunctional mechanical device. He completed the repairs promptly and within the time frame he estimated it would take. Preston was at ease and chatted with me casually as he finished up his work. First rate job, at a fair price by a very professional technician.

Thank you so much! Will recommend Precision to everyone! On Monday we discovered that the spring on our old manual garage door had broken & actually flew across the garage. So thankful that it happened during the night and not while we were in garage. We called Precision & explained the situation and within a few hours they sent someone to dismantle the other side/spring.(at no charge). At this point we had not even decided on where to purchase new door. The young man who came out was very helpful, courteous & professional. We asked him for an estimate on new door. We then called & talked with “door lady” who gave us three options. We called back the next day & ordered door and two days later we had a new door. The technician who installed the door was very helpful. He was professional & polite. He explained everything to us and gave us a number to call in case of questions. Thank you Precision !

I have used your company before. Motor garage door opener needed to be replaced. Technician did a great job. One thing though ( not that a big of the deal) the sales man came on Friday gave me a less price for senior discount. But the Technician gave me a higher price and said the salesperson gives and estimated price only. After I reviewed the invoice I received via email, I realized that he didn’t take the senior discount off. I called your office, and the lady said she will immediately send a message to the manager and will refund me the discount amount. I was pleased with that. It is just to point out that it should be a little better Communication by putting note on special pricing for the technician. At the end I am very pleased with your office and the service. I am sure will use your services whenever I need it! Thank you very much !
