Though we've had very good experiences with Precision in the past, our experience yesterday was only mediocre and left us somewhat disappointed. We had a technician come out because our keypad had stopped working and wouldn't allow us to reprogram it with a new code. We had to have a whole new keypad installed, and when we expressed interest in going through the process of setting the code for ourselves and practicing that process, the technician didn't seem interested in helping us do that and essentially said to not change anything. We hoped for a better experience but didn't receive it.

I am very happy with the quick response and ability to have a technician come out within a couple of days. Preston was very courteous and showed me why the door was not operating well. He gave me the options of just repairing what needed to be done to keep it running a while, or replace the worn out parts and have a trouble-free installation. The Tech, Preston Stockson, was very knowledgeable of the problem at hand with my garage door opener. Told him about how the it is probably aging, and time to get a new one. He installed the new one and was very efficient and explained how the new one operates, and how to use the garage wall opener and the remotes. Thanks again for your great service!

We had Preston come to our house to look at our garage door and we couldn't have been more pleased. Preston introduced himself to us and was very polite and very thorough. He showed us all the mechanical parts on our door and explained the difference between what we had and what Precision had. We were amazed at the difference. We had Preston remove our springs and other mechanical parts and install Precisions parts. Our garage door opens and closes so smooth and so quietly now, we are amazed at the difference. The door spring broke and Preston was here the same day. A great young man and knew what he was doing on the repair. I went ahead and replaced some other parts for preventative maintenance. Thank you Precision Doors and especially our service provider, Preston! You were amazing. In a absolute panic I called Precision Doors a little after 6 am. My garage door would not open, my truck was in the garage, and my son had is first full contact football game at noon. Your office got me on the schedule for 9am....Preston was so knowledgeable! Got our repairs completed in a little over an hour and I was on my way to my son's football game! Very happy with the service from Precision. I was expecting to wait several days to get my garage door fixed. I was contacted by Preston within thirty minutes of my initial call. Preston was very courteous and professional. He look over the whole door not just the broken spring. He suggested replacing all the moving parts that make the door go up and down. He quoted a price and showed me what I would be billed for. I agreed to the quote and he had my door fixed in less than an hour. I will recommend Precision to anyone I know that has a garage door problem.

Preston was great. He was right on time and was very professional. He explained everything I needed regarding new door openers and how to make my garage doors operate more efficiently. He did the installation of both new door openers and put new rollers on both doors and cleaned both doors . The doors also now open much quieter than they did before. As luck would have it, the garage door spring broke on Sunday morning, leaving my truck stuck in the garage. Not knowing who I could call on a Sunday I googled for garage door repair, and Precision Doors came up, and they were in my area, as well as Sunday service. After a quick chat online, I was able to set up an appointment for the afternoon. The tech arrived close to the scheduled time and quickly evaluated the solution to repair my door. He quoted the cost and what was included, which I agreed to, and he went right to work and completed the job in about an hour. It was a job well done, and I do recommend this company for quality and customer service.

The technician (Preston) was prompt, courteous and professional. He expediently diagnosed and identified the problem, then pointed out to me each of the parts of the door that were broken and needed repair/replacement. Seldom have I had a technician provide such useful information when dealing with a disfunctional mechanical device. He completed the repairs promptly and within the time frame he estimated it would take. Preston was at ease and chatted with me casually as he finished up his work. Took advantage of the online scheduling available on the website. Preston Stockton called and confirmed the appointment time. Preston completed a thorough inspection, explained his findings, and listed all of the parts that needed to be replaced. Preston did a GREAT job with the repairs; garage door is better than new! I would recommend Preston and Precision Door Service for all your garage door needs.
