My overhead garage door was not working; it was an old Genie. That this store is open on SAT was wonderful. Their technician, Justin, came and was able to check out if there was any way to save the existing unit. Unfortunately not, as the circuit board was burned out and Genie no longer makes a replacement. Justin was in and out within an hour to remove and replace the unit with a new and quieter Genie. Friendly and excellent! DSmith

Justin came to check my garage opener that was 52 years old and the circuit board was burnt up the belt was in shreds and I had a broke spring. A bad storm hit Lenoir City today and a tornado or microburst sucked my garage door almost off the house trapping my husband’s car inside. Our garage open suddenly broke. Precision had someone out to us the same day to look at everything. Everything that needed to be done was explained completely. I CALLED FOR BROKEN SPRING REPLACEMENT ON A SINGLE 3 PANEL DOOR. THE SERVICEMAN WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIS INSTALLATION. I AM UPSET THAT I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN 3 TIMES THE AVERAGE COST OF THIS SERVICE. I PAID $1,123. HIS LOWEST QUOTE WAS $995. WHEN I TOLD HIM I HAD BEEN QUOTED $250 TO $350 BY ANOTHER COMPANY. HE SAID THEY QUOTE LOW AND THEN ADD ON OTHER COSTS. I HAVE NOW CHECKED ON INTERNET AND OTHER COMPANIES AND THAT IS NOT TRUE. I FEEL LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AS AN 80 YEAR OLD FEMALE. THIS WAS MORE THAN MY $1,073 SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK FOR THIS MONTH. I FEEL I WAS TOTALLY CHEATED!!!

The main spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door Company for service. Within two hours technician showed up, gave me an estimate and did the repair work the same day I called. Great service. Justin was here on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and provided an estimate within minutes. Performed the repairs on the spot. Very knowledgeable on my type of doors and they are better than new now. Seems the builder left some critical parts off to save time and money. Justin spotted it right off. A+++++ Service!! I originally thought I needed to replace an 18 year old garage door opener and the door itself which would have run into quite a lot of money. The person who came out to give me a quote thought I would be better off having some repairs made. Within an hour after the salesman left, a technician was at my house and repairs were made in about 45 minutes at a much lower cost than a replacement. I would highly recommend this company.

Service rep was very helpful with programing my stubborn remote for the garage door. He also programed my car remote to work as a backup. He lubricated the rollers and other parts of the door to eliminate a lot of the noise. 27 year old garage door now opens a lot smoother.

A couple of bolts came out of our opener, which was installed about a year ago by Precision. Called this morning, was given an arrival time window. Justin (the original installer by the way) called and arrived in the stated time window. Had the opener running smoothly again within 5 minutes. Outstanding!

Precision Door Service repaired my garage door opener on one side of my garage and installed an opener on the other side of my garage. The service was excellent and the installers were very professional. Everything was explained to me and the cost was very reasonable. They came out early in the morning after I called the afternoon before. The work was completed in a little less than two hours. They also had a great warranty. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I called Precision at 8:15AM and they had a technician here by 9AM. Justin called me 10 minutes prior to arrival, just like Stephanie had said he would. He fixed the door in 45 minutes! He gave me 3 quotes and allowed me to choose.. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service! Great service, great price for the service!

Quick appointment. Called about 3:30 on Monday and Justin was here b4 9a on Tuesday. Justin was very professional only took about 30 to 40 minutes to replace the overhead motor. Programed 2 vehicles and he was gone. Madison was very helpful and polite and has us scheduled quickly.
