Justin arrived on time and repaired identified problem. While testing repair another problem was discovered and since the operating system was old I made the decision to replace the original system. New system was installed and programmed to respond to my vehicle’s transmitter. Very pleased with the results.

Precision Door Service was EXCEPTIONAL. When they couldn't provide service when I called late in the evening about a broken door spring, they had an individual, Justin at my door the next morning at 7:30 AM. He was awesome. He completed his instillation of the new spring, added a pully rod and door strip. Project completed within the hour he quoted.

Excellent. Justin did a great job; I called the office at 1130 and he was at my house shortly after 1200. I explained what I wanted, he gave me a very reasonable quote, I approved it, he told me it would be about 45 minutes, and by 1300, I had a beautiful, quiet, and smooth door opener moving my garage door up and down perfectly. Justin came the day I called with a problem of one garage door not opening. He very calmly walked me through the issue and we discussed a remedy for my old system. This was one of the best experiences I've had with professional services. I've had a flood of issues and have been calling services all week trying to get quotes and service and it's been a trial. After a couple of not so promising calls I connected with Precision and it's THE BEST experience I've had all week. I was expecting an outrageous price and a week or more wait, which is what I've been dealing with for weeks now to get help on projects, 180 degrees in the opposite direction. Very helpful and clear on the phone, and offered to have someone come out THAT DAY, on a FRIDAY. I couldn't believe it but quickly said YES and it's the best decision that I made this week. Justin was great, the install was done very quickly and even though this was not a product I purchased from Precision Justin went through all the details of operation and gave me very helpful advice. I saw the advertisement on tv. Saw the 5 star rating. I called first thing in the morning and Justin was here at the time scheduled. He explained what was wrong, gave us the estimate, and had the door working in about 45 minutes! He was prompt, professional and very competent. Would absolutely, highly recommend them.

Called Precision around 11:00 am. Justin called me within 15 minutes and arrived around 11:45. He assessed the problem. He told me what was needed to do the job right and not a patch job. He was done and left by 1:00pm. Great job and it works and sounds like a new door!!!

Woke up this morning to find a Spring broken on my garage door, so unable to raise door or get the car out! Used the Chat feature on the website and had a same day appointment, with the appointment window starting 20 min after I finished the chat. Tech showed up, offered either to replace the springs, or do an overhaul of all the moving parts, cables, drums rollers. Left it to me to choose. Overhaul made sense, so we did that, also offered to upgrade my Door opener system at the same time, again my choice, wife is very pleased I took the upgrade. All told from visiting the website to "job done" less than 3 hours. Very Happy!

We had a broken spring on our garage door. My husband went out to leave for work and the door would not go up. He noticed the right spring was broken. I had been seeing the Precision commercials and I called Precision at about 10am. The lady answering the phone was so polite and helpful and told me they could be out between 5pm and 7pm. This was a Saturday and the same day! Justin called to say he actually could be to our house around 2:30pm. Justin arrived and he was awsome. He assessed our door and found several more issues so we opted for the overhaul. Justin was very courteous and answered my thousand questions with enthusiasm. He was very efficient, kept everything clean as he worked, and explained everything. He completed the entire job with precision! Thank you to Justin and the Precision staff. We are so happy and appreciate their prompt professional service.
