Very prompt service; Josh was very thorough in assessing the needed repair, explaining what it would take to do it, along with an accurate estimate. The damaged spring was replaced, the door operation adjusted and restored. Chose Precision due to available same day service, and the website reviews they had received for other work. I found Precision Doors on Google searching for a company to fix our automatic garage door. It is a very large garage door on a shop, quiet larger than an average garage door. I called that morning and Josh arrived exactly when he said he would the same day. He is very professional, kind and HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! I am so very impressed with him and the company. Rebuilt the large double size garage door. He arrived on time and had all that was needed in the truck. Replaced rollers & springs. Adjusted the closure of the door and also replaced the weather striping all along the bottom. It is now quiet and works smoothly. Work was done very efficiently and we are very pleased with the results.

The garage door on my newly purchased home needed to be overhauled; since I am new to the area I didn't know who to call so I googled Garage Door Repair. I saw the website for Precision and was impressed by the detail of information. I called before 7:00 AM and the call was answered promptly and courteously by their 24 hour Operator as advertised. The representative scheduled a time within 24 hours (if truth be told they offered to come same day but I was at work). Precision emailed me a confirmation of the appointment, the service tech called 30 minutes before arrival and went right to work. He replaced all the old/damaged parts and the door plus gave me a 5 year warrantee! The garage door is like new! I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Thank you Precision for making my home feel safe again!

The technicians were polite and knowledgeable. They explained what repairs were needed and why. No pushy sales tactics. I'm going to need a new door opener and / or garage door soon. I'll be calling Josh at Precision to come back out and take care of it.
