I was appreciative of the immediate response to my request. The door had several problems, apparently, which needed attention. I was surprised at the cost! James, my repairmen explained the problems clearly and repaired the door in a short amount of time.

Awesome. Very professional, knew the problem right a way. Not pushy for us to buy anything, we listened to his analysis of the problem, asked questions and decided on what we wanted him to do. Very reasonable price for the repair/replacement. Highly recommend to all.

We chose Precision because of the high rating when researching on the internet. Liked the product available when representative came out to give us a quote and the installation went very smoothly. Our lake house garage door operator remotes never worked. We made an appointment for a service call and they called prior to the appointment, showed up on time. All fixed with new remotes and key pad. Thanks!

Repairman showed up on time. Immediately remarked age of garage door. I had read reviews complaining of attempts to up sell extra work, so I was prepared for this tactic. Before he replaced the springs he stated I need new everything for several more hundred dollars. I declined the extras, then he stated no warranty. I needed my garage door repaired, not overhauled so I had springs replaced as I ordered. I would think your company would stand behind work and products installed, but on my invoice it states no warranty. Too bad....I would not call your company again.

We had planned to replace both of our 20 year old garage openers at some time, but a broken spring on one of our garage doors hastened the purchase. I called Precision at 7:45 AM, Chris came at 9 AM. He talked me through a variety of options. By 11:30 I had two new quiet garage openers and a series of other repairs. Chris was personable, professional, and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased.

Great 5-Star service, excellent craftsmanship with outstanding loyalty and honesty. I had Precision Garage Doors installed on my home garage doors in 2013. I purchased the lifetime warranty package as well. The garage door spring broke on my garage door one morning and I called Precision Door service at 1045 for repairs. My technician "Darian Saylor" arrived within 45 minutes. He conducted a thorough inspection of my entire system and recommend the exact services needed to be done. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products of the company. He noticed I was a prior customer and checked my previous purchased and reminded me I was covered under the lifetime warranty. Again, great service and honest company that stands behind their product. I would high recommend them to anyone needing garage doors or repairs.

I blew a fuse in my house today and my garage door wouldn’t stay closed. I had to manually close it. It would close but then it would go right back up. Precision sent someone to reset the motor and remote. He instructed me on how to reset it myself if it ever happens again. I got an invoice from Precision in my email. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME! Who does that any more. No service charge. Thank you Precision. I love my garage doors??

I called around for different quotes and even though there was some confusion over the quote, I did decide to go with Precision because they were able to come out the same day. Robert was there within 30 minutes of my call and was able to tell a lot about garage doors that I did not know. He installed new parts and made the garage door work like a new one. He was very professional and polite. He knows his stuff.

I was totally blown away by the quality of work and professionalism of our technician, Josh. Not only was he a guru at his job, but he was an educator as well. Josh educated me on the door and opener we had and reassured me that it was in good condition and of high quality. Of course, when something breaks you tend to think it is inferior. This attests to his character as well as Precision in not trying to up-sell the customer. Thanks so much for your help and honesty.

I have a six year old garage door installed by another local company. It was making a lot of noise and eventually the chain jumped the sprocket. I called the company that did the install. They could not get to me by the next morning my only free time if the week. I looked on Advisor and called Precision. The receptionist was professional and assured me they could be there in the morning. Which they were. Patrick was who serviced this call. He walked me through the entire assembly and workings of a garage door. I had a plethora of questions which he patiently listened to and answered. Come to find out the door was installed incorrectly to start. Patrick literally rebuilt the door in 2 1/2 hours. It runs so smoothly you can barely hear it. I run a high volume business in Knoxville and definitely understand the importance of sincere service. This is a great example of just that. I meet and speak with hundreds of people every week.
