I called Precision when it became obvious our garage door had more issues than we could fix ourselves. They offered several options for appointments, including a few the same day I called. Ultimately Alex came out the next morning. Since we were unable to be there, he called and went over what he found needed to be done. In an hour, he had multiple issues fixed and the door is working smoothly. Alex was courteous and did great work. I will definitely refer Precision for any garage door needs!

I have used Precision before. So, when our garage door would not open over the weekend, I called them for help. Patrick arrived on time on Monday & discovered the door opener had a broken belt. After discussing options, it was decided to simply replace the belt on the opener. Patrick was prompt, courteous & did a great job!
