Prompt service call. However, tech did not have right color screws on his truck to do the job. He said normally the install trucks carried all colors to match. Have not heard anything back!

Excellent, professional service by Alex Damon this morning! 9-11 appt and he arrived early! Broken spring and I decided on the "overhaul" which includes a 5 year warranty. Also, "Jessica", when I called last night was very courteous and efficient.

I was very impressed with the quick service and the very courteous and helpful service representative James. I really like our extremely quiet garage door opener with an outside keypad opener that will be very convenient when going out for walks...will not need to carry the remote. I’m giving serious thought to ordering another one for our second garage door.

our repair person Josh was courteous, arrived early (,before the 2 hour window we were given), knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. He repaired the coil spring and cables on the garage. In addition we asked to replace the bearings and rollers which he accomplished within 45 minutes the entire job. I asked about the motor and he stated we were in good shape with the motor. the price I felt was reasonable and we have a life time warranty. I have used precision in the past and received the same excellent service. I would highly recommend and would rate them at the highest level. They did not try to talk me into anything in fact I requested more replaced than they suggested to repair my problem. I would not hesitate to call for future service.

There are so many variations of garage doors. But once we narrowed it down and finally chose our door, we are extremely happy. The only issue we had was after install, the moving parts were not lubricated so the system wasn't as quiet. A call to investigate quickly identified and resolved the problem. Excellent door.

Josh was the person that installed my garage door opener originally. He did a good job lubricating the hinges and the spring. He adjusted the downward pressure on closing. He is an excellent worker and his knowledge of the product is really good. I would recommend Precision Garage door to anyone.

Robert was very professional and immediately spotted the source of our garage door problem—broken hinges. Robert took the time to explain the problem and also showed how we could perform simple maintenance on our garage door system to keep it functioning. Robert is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He maintained social distancing and wore a mask during his service—necessary during this Coronavirus period.

My wife and I were VERY pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! I called around to multiple companies and everyone was at least a week out except for them. I called around lunch time cause the spring on our door had broken and we were unable to get our cars out of the garage. Alex was there within a couple of hours and got us up and running before the days end. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this company again for our future needs.

Motor, springs, motherboard, rail, gears, everything but the door itself needed replacement after 14 years. Operation was a safety hazard. James described the options, warranty and price. Admittedly, replacement was expensive (~$K) but needed. Took only about 2 hours. Technician knew the system and how to install.

Company seen in mint magazine. It said same day service which I called on Saturday and Sunday couldn’t get out either day. Service guy Patrick very friendly, professional, very good service.

I am loving going in and out of my garage, before I had to open it manually cause I had broken my old one and messed up the knobs causing it not to open all the way, I called precision garage door of knoxville an got a appointment the same day, they came out and in no time at all the technician had it fix. he explained every thing to me and was very polite, I told him if I have any more problems that they would be the first ones I would call.

The technician arrived on time and made the necessary adjustments to re-balance the door and was very cordial. We were not sure that would solve the problem since I could not replicate the problem. He made some additional suggestions, such as it could be a bad capacitor. After he left, sure enough, the problem reoccurred. I'm still at a lost as to what to do.
