One of the springs broke on my garage door on a Friday of Labor Day weekend. Surprisingly enough Precision was open and came out on Saturday and had my garage door fixed in 50 minutes. Price was a little more than quoted but I am very grateful for the professional way in which it was handled. I believe Patrick was my repairman, very professional and polite. Would very much recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement.

Wow!!! We called Precision Garage Door on Friday morning of 9/3/20, and were schedule for service 3 to 5 pm same day. At 3pm service tech Josh arrived. After reviewing our request to replace rubber seals, align and lubricate 2 garage doors, he began work. Josh was very courteous and did excellent work. The price more than fair for the service we received. Again - Wow!!! We highly recommend Precision, and will tell our neighbors who to call. Thanks Precision for great service!!!

I needed a garage door repaired due to broken cable and spring. I called the last company that did work on it and they couldn’t come for several days. A friend recommended that I call Percision Door. I am glad I did! Josh and Josh were awesome! After the broken door was fixed and worked so well, and with the equipment being over 15 years old, I had them replace the spring, cables, and rollers on the second door. What a difference it makes in how they work now! Excellent work, knowledgeable Technicians and friendly. Would recommend these guys for any garage door work!

Be sure to ask “what else might I need due to the age of my door?” because the technician clearly knew that based on the age of the house that I was gonna require more than the $255 repair I was quoted. And I was told on the phone by Thomas that if they’d quoted me the $500, I wouldn’t have had them out for the repair. Hmmmmm. Clearly the plan was to get the job with a low quote and then upcharge you for what the believe you’ll need. The repair itself is satisfactory but twice as much as the original quote. Did I need the extra work done? I have no idea. Based on the age of the door, it is possible but folks should know on the front end that the likelihood of only paying $255 is pretty slim.

Josh came out with an assistant and I told him that the garage door opener was broken and we needed a new one. I told him that I wanted to add a key pad and upgrade to a larger opener and Josh and his assistant were done with in an hour taking down the old and installing the new one. When I am ready to get a new garage door I am going to call Precision because they are top notch!

So happy with precision. Patrick was awesome. We had everything but the original garage doors repaired/replaced. Arrived when promised. We actually took recommendation from Patrick when he arrived to look at the doors and repair. We needed so much more and that was fine. We have known awhile that they needed repaired so we just had everything done at once. Patrick answered all our questions and worked up our estimate before everything was scheduled for the upcoming week. Highly recommend precision. Also i do not know of many other garage door companies that offer lifetime warranties on certain components. Josh and Christian came over this morning...having called prior to coming Just as the operator said they would. Very professional, 10 minutes early! From the very beginning Josh showed me the areas of concern with my door system, and triaged as to WHY my tension springs were needing to be replaced (4th time in 20 years). Made sense, didn’t over-sell, wasn’t bashing competition...just stated the facts and then showed me the problem areas. Springs should last 10 years, if they don’t there’s a problem. Mine was installed incorrectly, and needed some significant adjustments...but all done within 1 hour, reasonable price...was a Veteran of 10 years in the Service, high-integrity...I would highly recommend them.

You did door opener for my daughter in Sugarwood Farragut a year or so back. Then your technician Alex was at neighbors here in Glen Abbey in Dec 2019 and I asked for his advice. He told me the approach PDS had for overhaul and option for replacing chain drive OH motor. I waited six months and then called PDS and same day Josh M. Installed overhaul and belt drive motor. Very pleased with reduced sound of opening closing. Also very satisfied with interactions with Josh.
